Eli Sachs: Questo è davvero unico nel suo genere, non perdetevi un ristorante a Firenze. Il cibo, il vino, l'atmosfera, il servizio, tutto è perfetto. Consiglio vivamente le Tagliatelle al ragù, la pasta John Travolta e la milanese. Il cibo era assolutamente spettacolare, ma il proprietario e il personale sono al livello successivo. Ti trattano come un re e una famiglia allo stesso tempo. Non potrei raccomandare questo posto più forte! Vai qui in caso di dubbi.

Weiwei: We were looking for a place for dinner and attracted by the Michelin guide signs on the window, turned out was the right choice. Seafood pasta and truffle pasta are so delicious, probably the best we ever had. The owners of restaurant were so friendly, funny and generous, all guests at that night received a free John Trivolta pasta for tasting. The best restaurant we have had in our 5 days trip in Florence.

AR Harrison: I am writing this review from inside the restaurant because it's already earned 5 stars. The dinner I just had was hands down the best food I've had in Italy, maybe anywhere! All of the waitstaff have been so amazing and recommended the most incredible food options for a multicourse dining experience. If you make a trip to Florence stopping here for a bite is an absolute MUST!!!

A party of 7. And that’s when the magic started. Charming while laser focused, attentive to every detail ensuring food selections and allergies were carefully noted.The wine selection. He brought out a flight of selections red and white to sample. Delicious and very reasonable price points.The food. By all measures a gastronomic extravaganza. From starters on the menu to preparing special orders. We shared many delicious pasta dishes for the table. Classic dishes - simple yet elegant with subtle taste leaving you longing for another bite. My only disappointment was that I didn’t have a larger stomach. The fish- fresh, simple, perfectly cooked, and melted in your mouth.Desert. From tiramisu, pears, baked apple, and more so delicious.A friend who recommended Il Profetat to us, said “ order the entire menu”The service was impeccable, Period.This was a masterpiece and I will definitely return.How I missed it over my previous visits is my loss.

Michael Mann: Claudio and the entire staff welcomed us like regulars. This young staff is so professional and well trained they made recommendations of wine, appetizers, main dishes and desserts which were amazing. They take the dining experience to the next level. They provide a local service on unseen in restaurants today. This wasn’t a meal, it was an experience and thank you all for including us on this amazing night.
