Chiara Tiberti, per la necessità di sistemare e riorganizzare il nostro salone in due aree distinte: una zona living e una zona lavoro, visto che ormai lavoriamo per metà del nostro tempo in regime di smart working. L'arch. è stata con noi innanzitutto gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile. Ci ha ascoltati per capire bene tutte le nostre esigenze e desiderata. Con grande professionalità ci ha saputo dare consigli e suggerimenti nonchè utili spunti e soluzioni che si adattassero al meglio per una migliore disposizione e rinnovo del nostro salone e creazione di due zone diverse fra loro mantenendo comunque uno stile armonico nel complesso. Adolfo Araneo: Ci siamo affidati a Chiara per la ristrutturazione di casa nostra e avevamo l'esigenza di rivedere completamente tutti gli spazi della nuova abitazione e di inserire in modo armonico alcuni mobili che già avevamo nella nostra precedente casa. La consulenza di Chiara è stata preziosa, fin dall'inizio ha cercato di capire le nostre reali esigenze, tipiche di una famiglia con bambini, ci ha aiutato a dividere gli ambienti nella maniera più adatta alle nostre necessità e abitudini e a valorizzare le zone della casa secondo i nostri desideri. Ci ha consigliato nella scelta dei materiali, mettendoci in contatto con fornitori di prima scelta, dai quali abbiamo trovato cortesia e professionalità, nonchè ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Inoltre, Chiara si è confrontata in modo professionale con la ditta di nostra fiducia, ha sviluppato il capitolato tecnico e ha gestito la pratica edilizia presso il Comune di Roma. Affidarci a lei è stata sicuramente una scelta vincente, che ci ha semplificato la vita in un periodo molto delicato come quello della ristrutturazione di casa.

Esco da un rapporto professionale molto complicato con un Architetto, consigliato dai amici, ma sicuramente essere consigliati non è stato il benchmark per poter scegliere un Architetto “giusto”.Ho fissato un appuntamento con l'architetto, per dare un volto a chi ha fatto tutti quei post sui social con i lavori eseguiti, molto belli.Da quell' appuntamento in poi sono stata completamente soddisfatta del suo lavoro svolto.4 aggettivi che mi vengano in mente per descrivere il suo modo di lavorare sono:1-Attenta ai minimi dettagli, letteralmente. Mi ha fatto fare un test molto interessante ed ha trasmesso tutte le intangibili info per rendere il progetto “il mio progetto”2-Puntuale sia nella comunicazione quotidiana che nella consegna.3-Rispettosa sia del tempo che del denaro dei suoi clienti.4-Creativa: problem solver. Sono arrivata già con un progetto ed alcuni punti cruciali da risolvere. La sua creatività, esperienza e voglia di lavorare ha reso i problemi con ottimi soluzioni.La cliente e' molto felice del Arch. Chiara ☺️
emanuela gagliani caputo: Chiara ha curato la progettazione e la realizzazione del mio "home office", da poco ultimato, ed il risultato è stato eccellente.E' una professionista attenta a comprendere, prima di tutto, le esigenze, pratiche ed estetiche, del cliente, che poi riesce a coniugare con gli aspetti tecnici. Siamo partite dalla progettazione, a grandi linee, dell'angolo ufficio e, grazie alle soluzioni innovative e di design proposte da Chiara e successivamente realizzate, l'angolo ufficio si è integrato perfettamente e con gusto nel contesto della casa, divenendo uno spazio "polifunzionale" confortevole, del quale poter usufruire anche in momenti diversi da quello del lavoro.Ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a Chiara per la futura ristrutturazione degli altri ambienti della casa o anche soltanto per una consulenza per individuare nuove soluzioni di arredamento, in linea con le esigenze dell'"abitare moderno".

Chiara è preparata sia dal punto di vista tecnico che estetico ed in grado di seguire il cantiere a 360 gradi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliata vivamente.
