Alessandra Fioratti: I attended the professional bartender course, and I completed it in two weeks. Although I still have to take the exam to get certified, I can only give super positive comments! The trainers were amazing, patient and super nice. I had the opportunity to learn the basics, but enough to be able to find work immediately. In addition, we students also received advice from a professional and human point of view. Most of the time, although the distance between student and trainer was kept regular, with mutual respect, I personally felt a closeness with the trainers, which made the experience light and pleasant.

Martina Gabrieli: The staff is very kind and available for any clarification on the menu, to enter you have to wait a couple of minutes because it is usually crowded, both by tourists and non-tourists.
