I decided to check out the store because of its high reviews and met Elisabetta who was always professional, courteous, and helpful at every moment. She showed me all the options and helped me find items that were in my budget and available the soonest. She always responded to my emails when I had questions. The delivery drivers were great too, very patient, professional, and helpful. The mattress I got is very nice, everything is very well made. I have slept great! I will come back to get more items from this store after this experience.

Anche se era doveroso visto il disagio e gli accordi, è un dato di fatto che non è da tutti i commercianti, tanto meno i centri commerciali ed io ho apprezzato davvero molto. Quindi nonostante il disagio non da poco mi sento di dare 5 stelle e ne darei di più se ce ne fossero, ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente, perché i problemi possono nascere, quello che fa la differenza è l'approccio alla soluzione e il modo di trattare il cliente.
