4worldlovers: In 1991, Giovanni Poggi opened La Botticella to create the classic pub atmosphere he was unable to find anywhere else in the city.
Since then, it's taken on a legendary status as the go-to watering hole for both locals and visitors ready for a drink and a laugh after a long day of sightseeing.
With 8 Italian craft beers on tap, great cocktails, fantastic Italian wines, hard-to-find liquors, and all major sporting events on a big screen, La Botticella is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink or a post-dinner nightcap.
Rome is home to one of the world's fourteen Trappist monasteries that brew craft beer, and we are one of only a handful of bars in the city to serve Tre Fontane on draft.
Upon discovery of an ancient beer recipe, the monks of Tre Fontane released a eucalyptus-infused tripel in 2015, which quickly became recognized as one of the most distinctive recipes in the brewing world.

Tom Digirolamo: This is a great place, Pittsburgh Steelers fan owns it, is more like American business, they put lots of ice in your drink, give you peanuts to munch on and bar tender speaks good English. Roy: What a treasure right in the centre of Rome. Simple but beautifully run by mother and son. Son is kind, professional and easy going. Mother is those three but also adorable! So happy I bumped into this place few months ago. Now it is my local coffee place for breakfast and luncheon. Whoever is in the area and needs to have a coffee or just a simple light sandwich to keep him/herself going. I highly advise you to pop in. Selection is limited but enough to have a light lunch. Price wise, it is in line with what you get. Simple, good quality and easy on our stomachs! Especially if you don’t have the time for a nap before going back to work. Thanks again and see you soon!

Ivan Caicedo: I visited Rome recently with family + friends. Thankfully I was with a group that has been to Rome before because they took the rest of the group & I to some of the coolest spots in Rome. One of my favorite spots was Yellow Bar. The service, ambience, & atmosphere was electrifying. The food was amazing! Hussein & Jose took care of us multiple nights whilst we were there & both were the main reasons why we kept coming back.
