valeria massimi: C’è un po’ di gente per un negozio così piccolo ed ovvio che uno deve aspettare perché ci sono pochi commessi, però questi ultimi sono stati bravissimi e si destreggiavano tra un cliente e l’altro, per aiutare tutti.Mi dispiace che vengano trattati così male da certi clienti nelle recensioni, perché non se lo meritano. Il commesso che mi ha aiutato è andato avanti e indietro molte volte per farmi provare vari tipi di scarpe che volevo, quindi sono molto disponibili.Bisogna solo aspettare 7 minuti massimo se c’è gente ma passano in un secondo.L’unica cosa che consiglio è aumentare l’aria condizionata, ma basta.Ringrazio il commesso alto e con i capelli grigi e con gli occhiali perché super disponibile e gentile.E poi è l’unico store ufficiale della Birkenstock a Roma, certo che hanno fila.
