Per questo motivo, quando poi ci vai e ti senti bene accolto, trattato con gentilezza, accudito come persona più che come cliente, ti senti meglio. La farmacia la fenicia2 è questo luogo grazie al personale che vi lavora. Ho trovato sempre un ambiente professionale ed al tempo stesso disponibile ed attento al rapporto umano, gentile, rispettoso ed allo stesso tempo quasi amichevole. Il servizio al pubblico, reso in questo modo, vorrei rimarcarlo, acquisisce un valore aggiunto proprio grazie a queste qualità che raramente si trovano in altri posti. Francesco Natale: Sono stato in questo laboratorio per fare delle analisi del sangue e delle urine. Il personale dell'accettazione è stato cortese e gentile e paziente. Il ragazzo che mi ha prelevato il sangue è stato anch'esso molto gentile e disponibile e ha trovato subito la vena senza problemi. Le analisi sono arrivate prestissimo e complete. Laboratorio efficiente e valido per la mia esperienza.
