Kathy Gerke: The last couple of days of our trip to Rome were stressful. Our son was to be leaving to go home on Saturday and my husband and I heading off on a cruise in Sunday. The day before his flight he was delayed by two hours and his connection changed. 6 hours before his flight he was put on a new flight leaving on Sunday 25 hours after his original flight.We had booked Vittorio to take us to the airport on Saturday to ensure our son got off okay, and he was to take us to the cruise terminal on Sunday. He arrived on Saturday and we had to cancel. Needless to say I was a wreck trying to figure out new plans and contingencies...what if his new flight was moved and we missed our cruise..what would we do then?Vittorio was very concerned for us and our concierge told him we would call about Sunday. Finally the arrangements were made. Vittorio would pick us up at 615am with all our luggage, drop us and our son at the airport to get him checked in and through security and my husband and I would wait until he took off. Vittorio stayed at the airport with our luggage and when our son took off, we texted him and he came and got us. He made sure we were settled in the back of the car and took us to the cruise terminal...another hour drive. It was the first time I had relaxed in about 36 hours.The vehicle was luxury. Very comfortable, clean..even had an USB port to charge my phone. Vittorio was attentive, kind, and understood the stress we were feeling and did what he could to alleviate it. I would highly recommend both Vittorio and the company. They are dependable, honest, safe and hospitable.

Il mezzo da me noleggiato era seminuovo e molto pulito. La prenotazione è stata rapida e lineare, e come giusto che sia, la richiesta di pagamento avviene solo dopo aver verificato l’effettiva disponibilità. In generale l’esperienza è stata eccellente e non esiterò a riprenotare con voi se dovessi averne ancora bisogno. Inoltre, dulcis in fundo, il personale è stato davvero gentile.
