Vaclav Petrbok: Excellent restaurantu, great mediterran foods, wines and desserts. Very nice ambiente in chocolate "industrial" building. Very kind and helpful services.Coming soon again! Grazie mille😊👏👣

R O: not sure how the chocolates will taste so minus a star first. but it is a lovely lovely place with lots of chocolate. stood around and someone helped speaking english and but tiramisu only available at 5pm onwards. i dont think it is as unknown as some reviews mention. becos it was crowded.the chocolate spread is amazing. the pistachio ?bar? was alright

Matteo Castorino: Posto splendido, tutto sempre buono e personale cortese. Consigliatissimo.

Alis: The kingdom of chocolate in Rome, a vast selection of hot chocolates, to be personalized with liqueurs of all kinds. There are also many cakes, I personally have tasted the Sacher. I will be back to try some others.

S B: Very helpful staff. Very nice and cosy atmosphere. Even though they ran out of the milk chocolate for the hot chocolate, the girl gave us alternatives to accommodate us.

Filippo Blasi: High quality products and care for things and for the customer. The courteous staff, the unhurried service and the relaxing environment make for a pleasant experience. Prices are high, but the chocolate and desserts are excellent. We have not tried the dinner, only the pastry, but we are curious.

Katia Dall'Ara: For chocolate lovers it is a place that I highly recommend. The chocolate is of an indescribable quality, you will find chocolates of all shapes and tastes. Super recommended

Luca Salerno: Impeccable staff, pleasant place for the history it transmits.

ohad gabai: Excellent chocolate, the most delicious I've ever tasted.. Shiro. Excellent as well

Cooking Classes in Rome: what do users think?

Angela Cantone: This was a highlight of our trip!! Chef Andrea was amazing and the class was so much fun. Very hands on and the food we prepared was delicious. Highly recommend!!

Kelly Kimmel Bateman: This was my second time cooking with chef Andrea and he did not disappoint! He’s funny, knowledgeable about the region and local cuisine and gave us the best highlight of our vacation! I will definitely return on future trips. Hands down, this is the best experience in Rome! Grazie mille Andrea!

Julie Nise: This was absolutely the most fun thing I did in Rome... Chef Andrea was SO entertaining, everything we cooked was as fun and funny as it was interesting. Absolutely delicious...everything. He followed through with all the recipes, and all of them are things I can easily duplicate here at home. The kitchen was very organized and everyone got to have hands-on. The kitchen is in the lovely neighborhood of Trastevere, easy to find and all designed to create a wonderful memory. Chef Andrea could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Mi è piaciuto molto!! Grazie mille! I'll be back next year for sure. A presto!

Oskar Sebben: Outstanding service, personalised client care and highly experienced professionally that delivers a unique and must have experience when in Roma.

William Snyder: . Andrea is warm, charming, knowledgeable and able to create an environment that is suitable for everyone’s needs. We had a diverse group, some who just wanted to have fun

Taylor D'Amico: Highly recommend! Chef Andrea was wonderful and the food was amazing. My husband and I had a blast - definitely add this to your Rome itinerary!

Gideon Haber: . The pasta we made was some of my favorite in Italy

Mark Messinger: , and I had a wonderful time learning about Roman cooking from Chef Andrea. We got a fun education on what goes into Italian cooking, and what dishes are local to Rome. We made 4 types of bruschetta, tonnarelli alla puttanesca, meatballs in a different tomato sauce, and an apple crumble dessert. I could tell from the pictures on their website that kids were welcome, but did not know just how kid-friendly the experience would be. It turns out Chef Andrea did an amazing job engaging the kids and keeping them entertained and involved throughout. My wife is a great cook and my daughter loves to help, but going into this we joked my son and I were more interested in the eating than the cooking! However in the end, we both really got into the cooking as well and had a blast! This was a very personal way to learn about Rome and felt like our family had made local friends. Thank you so much Chef Andrea for making this one of the highlights of our trip!

Adam S: pick THIS cooking class; 2

Ronald Madagan: Everyone should take this class if in Rome!!

Brendan Doyle: Andrea is an amazing chef! He selected local, fresh ingredients, told us what to look for in authentic local Italian cuisine and helped us prepare an amazing meal. This was the first time in my life I had artichoke and it was amazing. Highly recommend this experience !

PS Hefty: from the states and he was a great coach and teacher

Snowflake Deskmonkey: . In addition to enjoying the best meal you might ever have, Chef gives a little history to the items you will be eating. If you can, schedule this class toward the end of your trip, because the meals you have afterward will not reach the high bar that you experienced in the class. He is an entertaining teacher, lot's of fun. He goes to the market early in the morning to choose the best ingredients. He is thoughtful about the meal. For example: This last trip was "last minute" and I was only able to schedule the class on the day of arrival from the U.S. Knowing that, he created a meal that was easy to digest. It was just as delicious as the other meals we've had there. Don't miss this class. It will be the highlight of your trip!

Dave Farkas: Andre - Thank you for teaching us about regional and seasonal cooking, using the freshest ingredients and making us want to share this experience and our new recipes with our friends and families. Thanks again for making our last day in Rome so memorable.

Daniel Kraemer: Chef Andrea is a great teacher. He's able to keep everybody on task, having fun, and making delicious food. Throughout the cooking class, he kept us laughing and engaged. The place itself is very well decorated with an overall fantastic atmosphere.

Hannah Lesnik: TLDR: This class was our family’s favorite experience in Rome and I can’t recommend it enough. 100/10 stars!!!When traveling with a large family, it is hard to find activities that everyone enjoys. If you are looking for something for everyone, I highly, highly recommend taking a class with Andrea. I literally can’t say enough good things about this experience, but I’m going to try to mention everything. To start, the location is so cozy and warm; it felt like walking in to someone’s home. When we got in, my family was trying to be quiet because it felt like such a chill space, but Andrea came over and got everyone laughing and talking until we were as loud as we normally are when eating at home with the whole family.Only half of our group had any real experience cooking but Andrea was so great at keeping everyone involved and having fun the whole time. It was very entertaining watching my brothers try to clean fresh spinach and whip egg whites when all they usually do at home is boil water. I try to take a cooking class whenever I travel and this one felt the least like a traditional class. It was more like having an expert guide you in creating delicious food while offering tips and tricks than standing around following a written recipe. We also got written recipes to use at home after the class. This is a great class if your group has food restrictions; half our group is vegetarian and some have nut allergies. Andrea was super accommodating with our food restrictions, and we still ended up with incredibly authentic, seasonal food that everyone could enjoy. Dinner itself was a lot of fun, particularly with what felt like never ending wine pairings. After dinner, we tried the homemade limoncello and ended up coming home with several bottles and homemade jams to enjoy for new years. Andrea also wrote out recommendations for restaurants and markets to try throughout Rome during our stay. I will definitely be back if I ever return to Rome.

Susie R: I highly recommend this class and Chef Andrea. If you are interested in cooking and like a personal experience, this class is fantastic.

Frank Crivello: Chef Andrea provided my family with a great evening of cooking and fun. The class was very informative, as we learned about not only the way to make the dishes, but also the background behind each item. Everyone participated in the cooking process, and the end result was an excellent meal. I recommend Cooking Classes in Rome to everyone interested in a truly exceptional experience. Thank you again Andrea.

Moriondo & Gariglio: what do users think?

Prof. Ermanno Paleari: When you spend a single busy day in Rome, this is a truly suitable place. The staff is attentive and kind as well as the Manager. The coffee is of good quality but above all, sequences of very genuine sweets and products with ancient artisan methods peep out. To be tried several times.

Valentina Formisano: Out of the ordinary place. A journey into the past. Raspberry Sacher is something divine. The ladies at the counter are very sweet and the staff very kind.

L Koji: A great chocolate made by the Savoy family patissier that has been made since 1850 🍫 I am impressed by the attitude that continues to faithfully reproduce the taste without using chemical seasonings. The chocolate tastes like nothing you've ever had in Japan, so I definitely recommend buying one as a souvenir for yourself. I only bought the small size and regretted it 😅 I will definitely revisit next time I come to Rome.

Francesco Cappiello: Excellent chocolate, kind service, very good vegan one.

Andrea Porta: top

Jess Caserta: Delicious chocolate! Historical place in Rome where you absolutely must stop, it seems to go back in time!

Rippe Curl: A confectionary of high quality products and raw materials. The chocolates are a unique experience. Definitely worth trying.

Francesco Fucci: Good hot chocolate!!!

Valentina Mordini: Historic place with a nice atmosphere. Inside is a riot of chocolates and various sweets. The hot chocolate is outstanding. Too bad for the cups and glasses, all disposable, which unfortunately lower the quality of the experience.

Enzo Catroppa: Beautiful experience. Small but very cozy place. The classic and retro style is very beautiful. Delicious chocolate with cream

David Bessler: .

Susan Reudelhuber: Fantastic evening learning to cook Italian style with chef Max! Our family of 6 bonded over making several kinds of pasta together, as well as tiramisu! The food was delicious and we are inspired to make our own fresh pasta back at home! Best part - one of my kids has a severe dairy allergy, and Max effortlessly created a safe environment and food that ALL of us could enjoy. A highlight of our trip and amazing memories together.

Anshul Sharma: chose the 5-hour cooking experience. The first hour was a tour of the marketplace

Weston Lunsford: Amazing experience, great guide, fantastic food, and fun conversations as we learned about Rome and food!

Natalie McMaster: Fantastic time!

Natalie Maynard: “Zio Mauritsio” was the absolute best companion to take us through the Trastevere neighborhood. He was a wealth of knowledge about the area and all the tasty treats we ate! He made us feel like we were hanging out with our Italian uncle on typical Saturday evening. The food was of course delicious, but Mauritsio was that extra Parmigiano Reggiano on our Italian pasta bowl honeymoon. Grazie Mauritsio!

Collin Maynard: Maurizio was a great guide. His passion for Roman food and culture was beyond expectations.

Carlos Gomes: If you want a great experience come to InRome Cooking! David was an excellent instructor. We made gelato and pizza.. He made the lesson fun and enjoyable!! We used fresh ingredients and it was a hands on experience!

Megan O'Brien: David was a wonderful host! We made yummy pizza and gelato. Thank you for having us.

Tracy Paonessa: David is fantastic! We made pizza and Gelato. He was the absolute best! I highly recommend taking a class with him.

Mirna Katgely: It was an amazing experience!

Balsam Occupational therapist: I had so much fun! highly recommended.

Jonathan Contreras: Great experience! Giuseppe was a great teacher. He told you what he liked about your pizza when you were making it, but most importantly, he told you have to improve what your mistakes. He has a passion for pizza, and it shows.

Heresh Rezavandi: I had a team building event at Giuseppe’s Pizza class and it was a huge success. Together with Giuseppe, we brainstormed in detail how to incorporate the elements of a pizza class to explore the mindset of creativity. Furthermore, Giuseppe was flexible and even enthusiastic to also consider innovating new recipes where we combined Napolitana pizza with Persian kebabs, creating two new fusion dishes, the Calzone kebab and also deep fried Napolitana bread pockets filled with Persian kebabs. I give Giuseppe a 10/10 and planning another future event soon.

N.W Design: An absolutely amazing experience, set in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. A great experience if you’re in need of a little break from the city of Rome, and the best teachers creating both a friendly and charismatic atmosphere. Will definitely be going back when we plan on coming back to Rome. the food is also amazing !!!

Cole Teasley: 10/10 would recommend to any family or couple traveling through Rome! Such a fun time.

Ricky Youssef: We booked a cooking class on October 2019 during our visit to Rome.It is one of the best memories we have of our Euro trip.We had a lot of fun cooking pizza, pasta and drinking good wine.I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! And the place is near the Appian Way, a great place to visit.Grazie mille!

Adam Kotowicz: I recommend it!

Allan Cocunato: Had an amazing time learning to make both pizza and pasta, one of the highlights of our trip for sure! We can't wait to try out the recipes when we're home!

massimiliano marsico: Venchi's chocolate and ice cream are fantastic, their products are top notch. But security in the shop inside Termini station is a problem. Today while we were having ice cream outside the club we were physically and verbally attacked by a violent deranged man. Thankfully the staff handled the situation well, big thanks to Joseph and Veronica for keeping us safe. Given the situation, perhaps more security is needed?

It's a little expensive, but I wanted a box, so I bought it just for myself☺️It's a pity that I didn't have time to eat gelato. If I can go next time, I definitely want to eat it.

Verónica G.M.: The best ice cream we have tasted.

Zuzia R: very delicious ice cream, iconic place

Malin Johansen: Favorite place to get gelato, recommended

Anil Korkut: Do not buy medium or large, get small, you can choose two flavors and it is more than enough, plus you get more gelato when you order cone instead of cup. This is place has great desserts and it is close to the pantheon. So many flavors to choose from and cheesecake looking ice cream dessert is also very good. Torta giolotti and mantecato piccolo are extremely delicious. Steer clear from tourist trap ice cream parlors and go to Giolitti.
