I am so happy I found this store in Rome after reading all of the positive reviews. One review had it completely right: good luck deciding what you want to buy! I felt like a kid in a candy store... my poor husband. The owner(s), designer and two sales ladies were all incredibly helpful (spoke English, too), and you can tell they were very passionate about their leather products. The leather is all sourced locally I believe and they had all types of leather, including super soft, BEAUTIFUL vintage leather (I already forgot a lot, but learned a lot about leather I never knew about before). Their items are all designed by them (I didn't catch the gentleman’s name who was at the register, but he was the designer/maker). The prices can vary depending on the item and type of leather/how it was made, but you can tell it’s all quality. Not to mention, I just love supporting local artists/businesses vs. the street shops/stands that could possibly be selling knock offs mass produced. Side note: I just have to mention that they have one collection of purses that have all kinds of colors, patterns and leather. Come to find out, they actually take leftover materials from designers and piece together these incredibly unique and fun items. I ended up getting one for my mom. No one can ever say they have the same bag.
