Among many other types of art/jewelry, this shop specializes in turning ancient Roman/Greek coins into jewelry. I purchased a pendant made from an ancient roman coin that is over 2000 years old. It’s probably the coolest/most unique thing I own. The owner is a historian and gave me a brief history lesson on the origins of the coin. It was such an amazing buyer experience. B E: I had two great experiences. First, I accidentally purchased a pendant online. I immediately reached out and requested a cancellation/credit. Within minutes, they canceled my transaction and my money was refunded. No questions asked. Very gracious. Two months later I was in Rome and stopped by the store. As a surprise to this person, I reached out to Sal one YEAR later to ask about purchasing a new pendant and explained who I was. Much to my incredibly surprise and delight, they had a record of the exact pendant we had purchased! They again were patient and kind, offering me advice via email, whatsapp, and called to chat as well.
