Inoltre sicuramente raccomandabile è la loro preparazione e storia !Non vedo l'ora di poterne diventare cliente, a presto, ci conosceremo.
Kacper Dworakowski: I must say i’m really impressed by the level of the service.I’ve Been trying to sign on the list for OP in Poland for over a year, and every time my local dealer told me the list is closed.Quick holidays in Rome, So i decided to visit Hausmann Rolex, was simply curious does it look like that in other stores on the world.Staff was very friendly from the begining, i asked them is it possible to sign on the list, and it was possible without any issues. They showed me the model i wanted to try it on before signing on the list and it was perfect so i pulled the trigger and signed on the list. Everything took like 10 minutes, quick and friendly at the top level of the service. Now only patiently waiting 😇

Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and we enjoyed our visit and made a purchase. When we got home to the US, we had a problem getting our VAT Refund because the Rome Customs did not stamp it properly. Edoardo was kind enough to help us get our refund on his own time. He went above and beyond and exemplifies the type of quality customer service you will receive from the Audemars Piguet brand. We are a fan for life!

My salesman Xiao spoke fluent Chinese, Italian and English and was excellent in helping me with my purchase. The manager also introduced himself and was very professional. They helped with the duty free paper work and even walked me to the duty free lounge right down the street. Excellent service and I will be happy to purchase again when something catches my eye.
