Fabio Catarci: Raccomando vivamente!

Meow Plops: 10/10. What an excellent hotel - the service was amazing and I felt so spoiled. Also the products they use in the bathrooms are acqua di parma - smells amazing.Highly recommend their spa services. The rooftop bar is very chic and fun, music can be loud but it's ok, great vibe.I can't wait to come back here again.Nearby activities: Super close and central to everything, this was a great location

Tatia B: . We were always greeted with a smile and when we asked questions about the city they were more than happy to provide helpful information. Please know the next time we come to Italy we will absolutely stay at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome!Thank you!

Victor Rodriguez: Friendly abd professional stadf at the bar.Very warm welcome and amazing recommendation by the concierge team.Thank you, Valentina and Marco!

Yasmin: Very attentive and professional staff at reception, concierge service and breakfast service. Thank you for the nice birthday weekend with you and the commitment of the employees, so that my suitcase, which Lufthansa had forgotten in Germany, was quickly delivered to the hotel. We'll be back soon!Walkability: The most important attractions in Rome can be reached on foot from here. We even walked to Trastevere in the evening. Perfect location!

Lorenzo Petracca: Best hotel in Rome!

Vick S: I stayed in this hotel for three nights with family of four for 2 rooms. It was truly a great experience, staying at this motel. I am Marriott Bonvoy member and I took a chance to stay at this non-Marriott hotel. I am so glad I did it. I had the best experience in this hotel, as compare to any of Marriott top tier hotels.Pros:- Great Suites facing square with fountain. Just sit in balcony and enjoy the view- Excellent customer service- Nice Toiletries in the bathroom with all amenities- Beautiful bar and roof top restaurant- Excellent breakfast options- Comfortable beds- Had chromecast with TV, which I don't find in other italian hotels I stayed in.Cons:- No cons I found, other than shower is bit tight and you can easily hit walls while taking shower.- Bit far from primary attractions, for which you need a Taxi.- Not so much safe area if you go towards train/bus station in night time, as per my italian friends told me. So we avoided going towards train/bus station in evening/night.I hope they maintain the standard of this hotel as it is.

The Inn At The Spanish Steps: what do users think?

Pattydmode Pattydmode: Best views💚❤️💚🇮🇹 2023 after we returned from Italy. We watched the most recent mission impossible movie. The movie was filmed steps away from our hotel at the inn at the Spanish steps(: muy bella!!!

Abeer aa: I chose an apartment under the management of the same hotel .. It was 300 meters from the reception site .. The apartment is elegant consisting of a room and a hall with a terrace .. In my reservation building Of course, it is historical. This means that there is no elevator to reach it. We used to climb 4 floors on a stone staircase.

roy chorev: We just checked out after three lovely nights at this establishment. We stayed at one of the apartments in the annex. There were four of us and the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked very well, even by our American standards. The bathroom was great and the shower had great pressure. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Location was great. We walked everywhere and all the tourist highlights were within easy reach. Definitely coming back here again. Thank you!

Theresa M: was a terrific size for myself, husband and two teenagers. There was a full size refrigerator, with a mini freezer, espresso machine, plates, mugs, glasses, wine opener, cutting board, sink, electric stovetop with two burners, mini microwave. There is a kitchen table with two chairs. If needed you can bring the other two living room chairs to the table. The sofa bed was quite comfortable and already prepared. The bedroom had a comfortable queen bed. The bathroom is quite large compared to other bathrooms in Rome and has a rain shower and shower wand, the shower is on the small size. There is no elevator, be prepared to walk up concrete steps that are at times slanted- adds to the charm of being in a historic apartment. The staff here is the best we have ever encountered- anywhere. Polite, friendly, always smiling, constantly asking to help with any little thing. The breakfast pastries and cafe were delicious and the staff once again wonderful. The location is perfect. Right next to all of the luxury brands, Spanish Steps, Strega Nocciola gelato, not far from Piazza Navona and Il Fioraio

T M: Our stay was amazing here, the staff were so nice to us. Everything there was amazing and it’s right in the middle of everything so it’s really easy to go to our favorite places.

Dana McCracken: Very unique hotel. We stayed in one of the apartments. It was very nice. AC worked well. Bathroom and shower were good size. Breakfast was served on our floor in the common area and it was good. Great location to see Rome.

Sarah B: * beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast then turns into a bar in the afternoon.CONS-*Shower in bathtub. Bit of a mission to get in and out with nothing to grab hold of and issue with water on floor.*A few stairs to climb- main building has a lift to level 3 but terrace

Emily Massey: Great hotel and location to easily get around all the sights of Rome! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Rooftop bar is quite and relaxing after a full day on the busy streets! Would recommend again.

Gremlin Face: The level of service here is amazing. From the ladies at the front desk to include a few I found most helpful were Camila and Margeda. Kai, barman, was easily, the most memorable aspect of my family stay at this hotel. Kai is a true mixologist. He crafted the most tasty and innovative cocktails that my family experienced on our trip to Italy.

Lissa Kline: Perfect location and very lovely service but more expensive than equally good service/location spots. Enjoyed the palm court as well. Them room was fine. A bit dated but comfortable. It was loud but that’s not their fault- street is popular and that’s part of the benefit of the location. Our room didn’t cool down, the window wouldn’t close easily, and the toilet ran. It was two nights and we didn’t raise with them so they didn’t have a chance to fix. Ultimately the service was impeccable and location perfect. Having said that not worth the price overall.

roberto marinangeli: Ottimo hotel

Teresa: We go to spend a few days every year, it is very well located, and the attention is excellent.Rooms: They are spacious and very comfortable and have an excellent decoration.

Tony Grebmeier: I had the pleasure of staying at the Hassler Hotel, and they truly understand hospitality. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Despite minor issues, their prompt and attentive handling left us with a positive impression. From the warm welcome to personalized attention, they demonstrate dedication to guest satisfaction. The tastefully designed rooms, top-notch amenities, and breathtaking views enhance the overall experience. Alexandra Bochinski: Our stay was just fabulous. We cannot rave enough about this place. The staff was discreet, gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property is historic and well maintained in a great location of the city. It is situated close to great restaurants and within walking distance of the historic centre key sites. From the small touches to the warm, attentive and welcoming staff, it is a boutique hotel with all of the amenities. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place.

Paola Bottero: Metti una sera davanti all’ambasciata americana.

NEVIN XU: The hotel staff are very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped. Free alcoholic beverages. The breakfast is very rich.Very satisfied with the accommodation experience.

Victória Reis Silveira: The hotel is extremely comfortable and stylish. The highlights are its amazing spa, which I have reviewed individually, and its rooftop bar, where we were served by Veronica and bartender Maurizio. Both were incredible and, just like everyone we interacted with at Artemide, experts in hospitality. Maurizio's drinks were perfect, and served as the ideal end to a long day of tourism. The crew, from the moment you book, to when you step into the lobby, until the moment you leave, are super helpful, polite, and caring. If you are in doubt, this is absolutely a must-go!

Kristen A. Johnson: This is the hotel you were looking for in Rome. I search for hotels for over 13 hours and I finally settled on this one. When we arrived, it did not disappoint. The breakfast spread will blow you away. Everything you dream of it for breakfast is included. The spa is gorgeous, did you from the rooftop is beautiful. In the room takes the cake. We traveled all over Italy from Rome to Florence to Venice to the mall because and this was absolutely our favorite hotel room of the entire trip. We will absolutely stay here again we return to Rome.

Samuel Louviot: Super welcome at the hotel Spa!We came in the afternoon to have a good time, the prices are very reasonable! On top of that, the team is really pleasant!I really recommend it!

Kiran Dhaliwal: ! Room size is pretty tiny but super clean and bathroom was spacious. Huge shout out to the housekeeping for meticulous cleaning!Certainly not a 4-star, but because of its location, I could not fault it. Also, thankfully I didn’t read the Google reviews prior to booking, as it’s definitely not as bad as many of the comments on google, but a boutique touristy place to stay when you have only 2-3 days to roam in Rome.

Rebecca Conroy: Best buffet breakfast I've ever had. Top service and great location. Room was on the smaller side for a family of 4.Food & drinks: Big range of foods in the breakfast buffet featuring home baked goods

Rebekka O'Melia: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very good for walking to almost all the sites in Rome. The breakfast was scrumptious, and there was a great variety, plus the service was good. There is an elevator. We were on one of the upper floors not on the street side and it was quiet. I booked a standard room, and while it was smallish, the furnishings were very nice, it had a free mini bar and a four piece travertine bathroom with a bidet. For what we paid, this hotel is an excellent value. The bath also had things like a hair dryer and magnified make up mirror. There was great shopping right on the street that the hotel is on as well. We had a splendid visit, and would definitely return to this hotel again.

Omid P: If you are looking for 5 star facilities and service in central Rome at 4 star prices, then Hotel Artemide is the place you want to consider. We recently stayed there for five nights and had a great time. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar in the room was a plus. The breakfast spread was spectacular. The staff are great at making the guests feel special. Special thanks to Elisa and the front desk, and the staff at the breakfast area for making us feel so welcomed. The only small issue we had was that our room was on the highest floor and there is a small outdoor area where the restaurant staff smoked, which resulted in the smell of cigarettes entering our room. I am sure if I would have brought up this issue with the staff, they would have moved us to another room, but we had already settled in.

Mark BOWERY: Can't say enough about how great the service was in this hotel on leaving got to the airport relized I had left over £200 in cash in the safe in the room gave them the code they found the money and returned it to me all staff are so helpful many thanks from cleaners all the way up will visit this place again when next in RomeRooms: More like 5 stars than 4Food & drinks: Food was lovely

Brian Garvey: . 2nd, besides the ALL around best service and the location being near everything to see in Rome, the breakfast in the morning, downstairs, is 1,000 STARS!!! Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel and the people working it are SO NICE!Best hotel ever, thank you Ivan and Hotel Artemide Team, we'll be back!

Tania Sepenuk: Great place to stay in Rome. Nicely located, friendly staff. I did ask for a replacement of the shower gel twice at the front desk and never got it . We stayed four days . Would stay again and do recommend to other people. Breakfast was real good with a very friendly guy running the buffet. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t care to replace the shower gel . Otherwise everything was great .

Kimano Barrow: Awesome location! Great room! Excellent service! It’s iconic in more ways than one. The views from the roof bar are amazing!Rooms: Our room was very spacious with a view of the Pantheon dome. Really nice shower which is really important to me. The bed was divine!!!Walkability: You can get to everything you may want to see in thirty minutes. Really a wonderful location for reaching the sites by foot. The real location of Julius Caesar’s murder is like two minutes away!!! And that’s just the beginning.Food & drinks: We had a great gourmet meal and drinks on the roof

Taylor McCown: INCREDIBLE HOTEL AND STAY! I travel and stay in lots of hotels but this is one of the best I’ve stayed I. I highly recommend. This is a 5-Star hotel with a Michelin rated restaurant located off a quiet alley that is a short walk to the Pantheon. Most hotels are located in very busy areas and we appreciated this location as it was quieter and had less foot traffic. It was also a great location as so many of the historic sites are in walking distance. The hotel is incredibly clean and maintained. The staff from start to finish were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave tremendous recommendations for great restaurants that weren’t tourist traps and were in quieter areas and the food was amazing. Upon check-in they had a bottle of Prosecco and a delicious mousse cake waiting for us in our room with a hand-written note congratulating us on our anniversary. We also had a tour that left before breakfast opened and they put together a breakfast o-go box for us so we could have breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to help. There is a beautiful terrace with umbrella covered seating that overlooks the city and we really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. We still have two more nights here but couldn’t help but write a review as it has been a great experience. Can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t imagine staying anywhere else next time we come back to Rome!

Khan Sahib: Taking inspiration from the ancient Roman temples, and from their timeless style, our hotel was carefully designed, and was built using high-quality materials from Rome.At The Pantheon/Iconic Rome Hotel, every elements express a culture inspired by beauty and harmony. Bronze archways, shiny black stoneware, sculpted monoliths in gold marble, and precious metals recall the architecture of the nearby Pantheon.Rooms: yes

Vanessa Coencas: the portrait is the best in terms of luxury and comfort. The concierges are very friendly and organized my dinners and even last-minute visits for us. They managed to manage everything for us!!

Golden Goose: Pure luxury is an understatement

Arik Sela: Exceptional Hotel in every aspect. Great attention given to every detail. Fine materials, elaborate rooms, beautiful in room amenities, tentative service & amazing staff-everything one can expect from top 5 star hotel. Our home away from home in Rome.

francesco perotto: Cordialità al primo posto

Erik van Maren: One of the best hotels in Europe we ever stayed in. Small, but incredible service and attention to detail. "Private" dinner on the rooftop terrace beats any Michelin star restaurant! Will definitely return!

Hotel Majestic: what do users think?

Walter Mandel: Spotless ... accommodating ... welcoming ... great breakfast... best location!!!Enjoyed!!Rooms: Spotless... moderately sized regular rooms.Great comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Vatican and Jewish Museum. Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. the Coliseum. Excellent restaurants for certain. We walked everywhere and took our time savoring the sites, the food, the people and the verve.Safety: The world we live in... we had no issues.Walkability: Walk out the entry and onto the Via Venito.Plenty of sites to go to in any direction!!!Noteworthy details: The Hotel Majestic and the Excelsior were both old line Hotels that we stayed at 20 plus years ago. The Majestic was closing but the bar was open. We took actour with the General Mgr. We came back to the Majestic about 7 or 8 years ago and saw the transformation. A new General Manager treated us just as cordially... Felt like home!!

Naser Al: The hotel is very clean and excellent. The location is central and the service is very excellent.

Mario Delussu: It was perfect, the staff is attentive from the reception to the restaurant. The establishment is well placed not too close to the center and just behind the garden of Villa Borghese. If a next stop we will not hesitate for a second booked again here

Sammy Hlalethwa: Nice Hotel

Personale accogliente e molto professionale.

Ebony James: This is an incredible hotel in a perfect location. A little on the pricey side but worth every penny. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff and services are exceptional. You are also close to the station, have plenty of transfort options and receive a 5* service!!They really care about the little things here, for example cookies & notes on the pillows during cleaning, and everyone working will take time to talk with you if you wish. All staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and just so amazing - I really didnt want to leave. Especially the girls on reception, Clizia, Eleonora, Irene and Elisa and Luca in the restaurant. They will help with any request, room services, directions, planning your route, making speciali request crepe's, and they are all just generally are lovely people! The superior collection room was incredible too, very spacious, plenty of room for your belongings if staying with another person, there's a big bathroom for you to use and the beds are like a dream! - amazingly comfy! Once the air-con was on, it was just perfect!!Showers are awesome and powerful too!Slight downside is that I thought the price of the room included access to the pool, but it is separate and only accesible if you pay for the spa. This is only €20 euros though!

Fabiano Marson: Fantastic!! Beautiful and modern. Service note a thousand!!!

Hotel Capo d'Africa - Colosseo: what do users think?

Luiziana Gavrilove: Excellent hotel, very good service, pleasant atmosphere, clean and quiet, close to the Colosseum, a 5-minute walk. Restaurants near the place. The boutique hotel is located on an internal street but is nevertheless convenient, there is also parking on the street for those who rent a car. Dining room on the 4th floor with a little view of the Coliseum. I liked the hotel, there is a gym, a safe in the drawer, internet, a safe, air conditioning, refreshments and drinks in the fridge, a window that opens in the room, shampoo, hair conditioner and body soap, toothbrushes, tissues and more. Lovely hotel, recommended.Music in the background on the roof, very polite and professional staff.

Todd Wilson: Wow! This was the absolute BEST hotel of our trip. Our room was large with a fantastic King bed, beautiful bathroom and walk in shower... so nice after a long day of walking ancient Rome!Breakfast up on the miranda was wonderful and the nightcap on the rooftop bar just topped our day off.Service was impeccable...except one particular front desk guy who was a bit chauvinistic toward my wife...but that might have just been the Italian culture to a bit.Did I mention the Hotel Capo d'Africa has A/C? Kind of important when you visit Rome in the hot summer...temps pushed over 100 degrees while we were there! From this hotel, it is about a 3 block walk to the corner where you see the Giant Colosseum towering over the city. Then down the hill and around the corner is the Hop On Hop Off bus stop... that could have been a bit closer, but you need to expect a lot of walking when you visit Rome.Rooms: Excellent bed. Great walkin shower. Plenty of room.Walkability: It's a bit of a hike from the nearest bus stop. But this is NOT a reason to avoid this hotel...unless you aren't a capable walker...but Rome kind of requires that.Food & drinks: Breakfast was fantastic!Roof top bar is chillax and a very nice way to unwind after a long day in Rome!

Michael P. Hill: This hotel's staff really stands out. All of the staff I dealt with were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very nice, though the bathrooms feel a bit dated. There is noticeable discoloring in some of the seals and grout that is a bit unpleasant, though it doesn't necessarily feel dirty.Accessibility: Accessible room 206 has a huge entryway and bathroom that's well equipped. It even has an additional bathroom that is not accessible, but nice to have. The bedroom area is smaller, however, and was tight to maneuver with a wheelchair.Even if you're not a wheelchair user, the standard rooms have a significant "step up" for the tub-shower and shower stalls that I saw, which could be difficult for some to maneuver.

Borio Sylvie: they were all very caring with great kindness, it's a shame that after all these years I forgot the names, will they, will they still be there... I have wonderful memories of this hotel, and I highly recommend it

Keith Cooper: Lovely hotel and the gentlemen in reception and the restaurant were helpful and courteous with a smile. Food was great although we turned up one evening at the restaurant to be told there was a corporate event, previous notice would have been good.Rooms: Air conditioning was great

Karen M: Fantastic hotel. We came here for the first time 16 years ago on our honeymoon, this time we’re back with our son. They gave us room 219, which is the only room with a balcony, it’s situated right over the front entrance. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood. Our room had very tall windows and blackout curtains. Ther was a safe, the showers water pressure was strong, the maid service was excellent- they gave us a personalized note and chocolates. We also got a welcome bottle of Prosecco in our room and 3 Welcome drinks at the bar.Breakfast was not included in our rate.I loved their pomegranate water at reception.I can’t wait to come back here again the next time I am in Rome.

Concetta Solito: Refined and elegant hotel, in the heart of the city, excellent menu..attentive and helpful staff .. Nice experience to be repeated. Thank you

Qamar Khan: Perfect location most of the attractions are within 20 mins radius. Staff was very welcoming. I must mention front desk staff Orietta was very welcoming at checkin.Rooms: In our cases we booked two rooms but at checkin we got a suite of two bedrooms with complimentary mini bars in both rooms. Very comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Vatican, Trevi, Spanish steps, restaurants, supermarket, river.Walkability: Located within historic district and most of the attractions are with 20-30 mins walking distance.

Senorita Isabela: Ah May Zing service staff. They certainly take pride in their profession. The icing on the cake was the magnifying mirror on the bathroom which allowed me to apply my makeup and my husband to shave which is impossible to do when you wear glasses. They have an all in lo”American breakfast, but oh my, their breakfast is full on with charcuterie, fresh mozzarella fruits tarts eggs sandwiches and on and on. Accompanied be tea capuchinolatte,,,,The rooftop restaurant and the live music is a wonderful way to end the day after sightseeing RomaI could go on and on but tired of typingEnjoy!

R Khan: Great hotel, and we would definitely stay there again. Our room was very nice, but there is some street noise as the windows are not very soundproof. We could also hear when other rooms above us showered our flushed toilet. The heated mirror and towel bar in the bathroom are very nice to have. The bathroom could use an update. The bathtub was very slippery. It could have used a rubber mat. The staff was excellent here. Waking distance to the Vatican, Castle, Pantheon, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, and many other attractions. This area appears to be safe.Rooms: Our room was very nice, but there is some street noise as the windows are not very soundproof. Alex Hirsch: I NEVER write reviews, I just read them. But when i go somewhere that is extraordinary, I feel I need to share it. This hotel took us in on short notice when our previous lodging reservation was a disaster. The front desk staff is extremely professional. The wait staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are both comfortable and well stocked. If you read this post, understand that someone posted this because they truly feel this hotel is a step above.

Alec Collie: - one of the best breakfasts in Europe we've ever had. The room was really well appointed. Walk in wardrobe, great bed, very nice pillows

Brian Lee: 5 days was so good. The gym was nice and all the staff were friendly. All the staff are comfortable and the food tastes good. The location is within a 5-minute walk from Borghese Park and within a 15-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. It is located on a slight slope on a hill, so it may be difficult to get off the wrong bus or subway with a carrier.

Ahmd Abdu: The cafe and hotel staff provided excellent and hospitable service. During our coffee and dessert break, we recalled our honeymoon from years ago in this hotel. Upon learning of this, our waiter, George, enthusiastically introduced us to his manager, Noufel, who has been with the hotel for many years. We had a delightful conversation, and they even offered us complimentary drinks. George and Noufel were both friendly and cheerful, and I express my gratitude to them and the cafe and hotel management for providing us with such a wonderful experience. The cafe deserts we ordered were delicious. Location and outdoor sitting were top class.
