I had tried many times to approach yoga but after one or two lessons I gave up. In the Vento d'Oriente centre, on the other hand, I immediately felt at home. Raja yoga classes are comprehensive, lots of attention given to breathing, meditation, mantras, as well as asanas of course. Furthermore, there are many intensive courses during the year, to deepen different topics. Paola also has a small library with interesting texts on yoga, its teachers, its history and philosophy.
