Grace Sweetser: Our Roma Rentals experience was absolutely seamless! We arrived in Rome and had no place to live but with the help of our agent Carol we were able to move in to our very own apartment just 3 days later! Not only did we have a great experience moving in but Roma Rentals made up feel so welcome while going through the process and well after moving in. The apartment was tidy and everything was brand new! We had everything we needed to live comfortably and with style! We would never hesitate to contact Roma Rentals if there was ever a maintenance issue and within 24 hours the problem was always solved. We would definitely use Roma Rentals again in the future and would love recommend it to anyone moving or living in Rome!

David Stein: We moved to Rome knowing no one and also not knowing where to find anything, like a dentist, doctor, good bank, etc. Roma Rentals no only found us an attractive and comfortable apartment in a prime location, but they were indispensable in helping us to get settled in ways beyond the ability to describe in the space available here. They have an office where you can drop in with all your questions, and the reception is always friendly. It may sound like hyperbole, but I truly have never had better service from any organization anywhere. Such nice people! They are extremely thoughtful and welcoming, even organizing parties where tenants and landlords come together. The few times the sink got stopped up or something like that, there was a serviceman at the door the next day. This company is honest and reliable, and I highly recommend them.

His review:I used the Roma Rentals agency to rent an apartment in Trastevere for 3 months for school studies abroad.My overall experience was positive.The apartment was located within a short walking distance of my school.And the quality of space was comfortable for living and ideal for working.The people who work at the agency were very friendly and helpful to when I was still adjusting to life in Rome.Roma Rentals also provided cleaning and transportation services which were convenient during my busy schedule.One draw back was the cost of living.An average place costs upwards of 1500 EUR a month.I believe not every student who studies abroad may be able to afford some the apartments they offer.However given the cost, I feel the quality of space and services do make up for some of that value for a short stay.I would recommend Roma Rentals to anyone looking to stay in Trastevere for a few months, whether you are a student or not.

They helped arrange our transfer from the airport and our departure to the cruise terminal both of which were smooth and easy.One of the things we enjoyed most was a meal in the apartment prepared by chef Michele. And from this location you can discover the whole city easily by foot or public transport. We had a warm welcome in front of the appartment by Carlo, the owner. Exactly on time. With 6 people we enjoyed this very well equipped appartment. And also during our stay mail contact with the owners, Carlo en Henrietta, was perfect. They responded accurately to the questions we had. There was also a small balcony of the sitting room with lovely views over the local rooftops.However when we were shown the rooftop terrace we knew we had arrived. The views are brilliant. Typically Rome with views over the rooftops. We could even see the edge of the Colluseum. The care taken with all the plants and the feeling of being in such a beautiful place was just brilliant. We spent most of the late afternoons here relaxing with a nice Peroni or Procecco before venturing out in the evening.It is safe to say that we will definitely be returning to Rome. We will definitely be booking the apartment again.I would recommend anyone to book with Treasure Rome as the service is exceptional and the apartments are unique and spectacular.
