Carrianne Martin: Lovely hotel, but expensive compared to town pricesHotel highlights Quiet …

Alexandra Besse: We stayed here for three nights in four days when we arrived in Italy. I would highly recommend this hotel for all types of travelers. This hotel can accommodate families, solo, travelers, and a typical tourist. The hotel is clean and the front desk service is spectacular the rooftop food, although the most expensive in the area is extremely delicious and plentiful. We booked the breakfast package and it was well worth the cost as the breakfast options were plentiful. We had a basic room which was beautiful and had everything you would need. The hotel is located in a residential area of Rome, so there was more local style restaurant which offer experiences to try off the beaten path restaurants at a very reasonable price. The main tourist sites such as the Trevi fountain in the Colosseum are about 30 to 35 minute‘s, which is not bad at all. There are so many local restaurants cafés in pizzerias around this hotel. There is airport shuttle service offered at €60 the train station is also 15 minutes walking distance away. We had such an amazing time at this hotel. I have recommended it to so many people who are planning travel to Rome We definitely will be staying here again. Next time we go to Rome. This hotel is affordable, beautiful, clean, and a perfect accommodation for travelers of all backgrounds.

Lucy Crisp: . I would recommend bringing a travel money/debit card with you as there was no option to pay cash for our evening meal on the rooftop. There is the option to have soya milk at breakfast - a bonus if you’re lactose intolerant like myself. Overall, an amazing stay and would come back again.

Wendy Barrett: We celebrated our 60th anniversary at Marcella Royal two weeks ago and spent 10 wonderful days there. The service was outstanding, the rooftop restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, afternoon cocktails and delightful dinners. Our rooms were lovely, comfortable and spotless. Most importantly, all the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. As a result we had a perfect celebratory vacation. We hope to return. Thank you Hotel Marcella.Wendy Barrett

Pat Nicholls: Lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar and restaurant with a stunning view of Rome.About a 15-20 min walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

Benito Fregola: Really elegant and welcoming hotel.Prepared and super friendly staff.Clean rooms and just the right size. And finally an excellent breakfast on the seventh floor on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the city. On the terrace you can also consume a simple coffee and admire the panorama in peace with background music.Highly recommended we will definitely be back.Best regards.Rooms: Spacious comfortable rooms with attention to the smallest details, excellent cleaningWalkability: Structure located in the center and in a few minutes you are in the most beautiful points of Rome

Brandon Rom: Very professional and accommodating

Adam Everson: Very nice rooms and very friendly service from both front desk and Rooftop Bar staffFood & drinks: Nice food and drink, but a drinks are more expensive compared to other local restaurants

Luiziana Gavrilove: Excellent hotel, very good service, pleasant atmosphere, clean and quiet, close to the Colosseum, a 5-minute walk. Restaurants near the place. The boutique hotel is located on an internal street but is nevertheless convenient, there is also parking on the street for those who rent a car. Dining room on the 4th floor with a little view of the Coliseum. I liked the hotel, there is a gym, a safe in the drawer, internet, a safe, air conditioning, refreshments and drinks in the fridge, a window that opens in the room, shampoo, hair conditioner and body soap, toothbrushes, tissues and more. Lovely hotel, recommended.Music in the background on the roof, very polite and professional staff.

Todd Wilson: Wow! This was the absolute BEST hotel of our trip. Our room was large with a fantastic King bed, beautiful bathroom and walk in shower... so nice after a long day of walking ancient Rome!Breakfast up on the miranda was wonderful and the nightcap on the rooftop bar just topped our day off.Service was impeccable...except one particular front desk guy who was a bit chauvinistic toward my wife...but that might have just been the Italian culture to a bit.Did I mention the Hotel Capo d'Africa has A/C? Kind of important when you visit Rome in the hot summer...temps pushed over 100 degrees while we were there! From this hotel, it is about a 3 block walk to the corner where you see the Giant Colosseum towering over the city. Then down the hill and around the corner is the Hop On Hop Off bus stop... that could have been a bit closer, but you need to expect a lot of walking when you visit Rome.Rooms: Excellent bed. Great walkin shower. Plenty of room.Walkability: It's a bit of a hike from the nearest bus stop. But this is NOT a reason to avoid this hotel...unless you aren't a capable walker...but Rome kind of requires that.Food & drinks: Breakfast was fantastic!Roof top bar is chillax and a very nice way to unwind after a long day in Rome!

Michael P. Hill: This hotel's staff really stands out. All of the staff I dealt with were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very nice, though the bathrooms feel a bit dated. There is noticeable discoloring in some of the seals and grout that is a bit unpleasant, though it doesn't necessarily feel dirty.Accessibility: Accessible room 206 has a huge entryway and bathroom that's well equipped. It even has an additional bathroom that is not accessible, but nice to have. The bedroom area is smaller, however, and was tight to maneuver with a wheelchair.Even if you're not a wheelchair user, the standard rooms have a significant "step up" for the tub-shower and shower stalls that I saw, which could be difficult for some to maneuver.

Borio Sylvie: they were all very caring with great kindness, it's a shame that after all these years I forgot the names, will they, will they still be there... I have wonderful memories of this hotel, and I highly recommend it

Keith Cooper: Lovely hotel and the gentlemen in reception and the restaurant were helpful and courteous with a smile. Food was great although we turned up one evening at the restaurant to be told there was a corporate event, previous notice would have been good.Rooms: Air conditioning was great

Karen M: Fantastic hotel. We came here for the first time 16 years ago on our honeymoon, this time we’re back with our son. They gave us room 219, which is the only room with a balcony, it’s situated right over the front entrance. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood. Our room had very tall windows and blackout curtains. Ther was a safe, the showers water pressure was strong, the maid service was excellent- they gave us a personalized note and chocolates. We also got a welcome bottle of Prosecco in our room and 3 Welcome drinks at the bar.Breakfast was not included in our rate.I loved their pomegranate water at reception.I can’t wait to come back here again the next time I am in Rome.

Concetta Solito: Refined and elegant hotel, in the heart of the city, excellent menu..attentive and helpful staff .. Nice experience to be repeated. Thank you

Cristina Belli: Very nice viewExcellent reception. But affordable prices.

Michelle Isler: We went there to have some drinks before our dinner. Although the drinks are a little bit pricey, they are awesome, plus it includes a really nice tray with a variety of appetizers. The view was also beautiful. The drink Nowhere with tequila and honey truffle was just incredibly tasty and delicious.

Michael Schmidt: My wife and I just spent a week at the Otivm and we couldn't have been happier. The location is perfect...central to everything. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to Luca and his staff for helping to make our first trip to Rome so wonderful!Rooms: Typical of older buildings in Europe, the room was on the small side; however, it was perfect for my wife and I. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job making up our room each day.Nearby activities: This hotel is within a 15 minute walk of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere.Safety: We left and came back to the hotel early and late each day, and always felt safe in the area in which the hotel is located.Walkability: The location of this hotel is perfect! Within a half hours walk you can reach just about every notable sight in Rome!

Lisa Robie: Our girls trip to Rome in April was perfect thanks to the Otivm Hotel. Starting with the service on our early arrival. Arriana was so welcoming , and Luca was a wealth of knowledge. Gary Findling: Great small hotel in heart of Rome. We stayed for 12 nights and could walk or take a short taxi ride to all the sites. Small grocery next door very convenient. Service was outstanding, especially Arianna at front desk and Georgio in breakfast room. Highly recommend!Rooms: Comfortable big bed, great showerWalkability: Walk to Pantheon, Jewish historic area, Trevi fountain, Roman forum

Charlie Bateson: Fabulous place to stay if you are planning on exploring Rome. Great location, Fabulous, friendly service, comfortable clean rooms and a lovely breakfast on the rooftop bar with amazing views over Rome.We were so well looked after, I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Rome

Alex Howard Whitaker: We stayed for a single night and greatly enjoyed the experience. We were greeted on arrival and given a short tour on the way to our room. The front desk was very helpful and booked us an amazing local restaurant and provided information about local sights. The rooftop bar at sunset is not to be missed with excellent cocktails. I would definitely visit again next time I stay in Rome.Walkability: Right in the heart of Rome's city centre, many of the city's attractions are within walking distance. The Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the coleseum are all close by.

Tomasz Mozgala: Fabulous staff, very attentive and spend the time to explore the hotel, very historical and the marble features are exquisite. Perfect location, great rooftop cocktail bar, perfect view of the city skyline. Must stay when in Rome. Big thumbs up to Alexandro who assisted us with places to visit and went above and beyond with great service.Rooms: The beds are very comfortable, the showers are amazing with strong water pressure.

Stephen P: The room is very clean and well prepared. There is no iron and the bed is a little on the firm side. That is where the only complaints end. They clean the room twice a day, once to freshen it up and another time for turn down. Always stock with new and free still/sparlking water in the room, fresh fruit and nuts, and little gifts. The room has a safe and everything we needed. The service was top notch. Super friendly and welcoming staff. They help with anything you need and speak many languages. Unlimited free water, snacks, concierge service, you name it.Finally the location is 3-15 minutes from most everything. Furthest away is 15 min to Spanish steps but the city is walkable. It's 3-5 min from the pantheon and about 5-7 from Trevi Fountain. Lots of small boutique and souvenir shops nearby. The included breakfast was also great. It's sit down and you have your unlimited choices of coffees, pastries, eggs, toast, pancakes, crepes, waffles, toast, and a variety of meats. It's in a really comfortable and relaxing space. Could have sat down with a nice book and stayed there an hour after breakfast if we didn't want to enjoy the city.Honestly I can't recommend this place enough. I've traveled to many cities across the world and this place is among the top. I think its the warm and welcoming service that sets it apart. I felt immediately comfortable, warm, and safe here. And it's not over the top, felt incredibly genuine. Special shout out to Ilenia who was the first person to greet us. She was absolutely delightful.

Susan Brooks - 2QC-C: The Singer Palace is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. From the time I first entered the hotel until I left I was treated royally. The hotel room was spacious, quiet and immaculate. There are so many nice touches the hotel provides from the welcome aperitivo to the evening turn-down service. The breakfasts were so delicious and the rooftop bar was delightful. The wait staff was so accommodating and pleasant. My compliments to the entire staff - especially Anastasiya, Frederika and Greta. I regret that I don't recall the names of other staff members to also thank them here.I hope to return to Rome next year and plan to stay at the Singer Palace Hotel.Rooms: The room was spacious, quiet and immaculate.Nearby activities: The hotel is conveniently located to Rome's attractions that I wanted to visit.Safety: Very safe locationWalkability: So conveniently located.Food & drinks: The breakfasts were delicious and the rooftop bar was delightful.Noteworthy details: I was amazed how the hotel provided so many nice touches.

Troy Wiley: The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing. I’ve stayed in hotels with similar beautiful not none with their level of service. The service is truly next level. The staff is amazing. Greatest hotel ever.

Mario Celentani: The property is present and is really interested in your approval ..... a good feelingRooms: Nice comfortable bed

Pavel Tuleškov: After spending at the Singer Palace Hotel 3 days, can exactly understand, why this place such great reviews has. And fully agree. This place is unique. And me and my wife are so thankfull to have the opportunity to stay here. Thank you!Noteworthy details: Great bfast, dinner, terrace, english speaking staff, helpfull, smile on every step...

Samantha Rougeux: and were always there to answer any questions we had. We forgot outlet adapters so they dropped some off at our room to use which was very much appreciated. Everyone was very helpful and the drinks at the rooftop bar were excellent, and were made even better by an outstanding view and fantastic service! The bartender is excellent and also received a bartender of the year award so we highly recommend the rooftop bar! We had a great trip and would love to visit again when we're in Rome!

石神貴規: , so I was a little nervous, but from the moment I met the doorman, I received cheerful service, and I felt relieved. I think the service is comparable to the Imperial Hotel in Japan. Or maybe it goes beyond that. The number of guest rooms is small, so is it a small luxury in Japan? The interior decoration is also stylish, so it is worth staying. The price is luxury, so it feels expensive, but that may be normal.Hotels in Japan are too cheap. On the contrary, I learned a lot.Rooms: I had the impression that the rooms in European hotels were small, but this hotel was luxurious, so I got the impression that it was spacious. Also, the water is wonderful. The water pressure of the shower was good, and the shower room did not leak water. If you reserve a singer delux room, you will get a corner room.It has windows on two sides and a nice view.Walkability: Located on the main tourist street, within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Plaza de Espana.A gelato shop is also nearby. Also, if you use the electric scooter service, you can go anywhere.Food & drinks: Food only eats breakfast, but breakfast was very delicious. It's not a buffet style, but a style where you choose what you like from the menu and bring it to you.If the weather is nice, you can eat on the terrace or on the rooftop.

Leslie Mulvihill: This hotel was a hidden gem! The staff was friendly and went over and beyond with service. We were a family of 5 so had to get 2 rooms. The set up was perfect. The rooms were beautiful. The rooftop was a bonus. Breakfast there every morning and then ending our day with a cocktail was a highlight. There really is not a bad thing to say about this hotel. When we go back to Rome we will be going back to Singer. Still thinking about how good the shower was.

Purvi Shah Parekh: We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in the family suite which was perfect. It felt like a small apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a sitting area - perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out on vacation. The hotel was beautiful but the best feature is the proximity to so many popular attractions. The staff took time to orient us at check in and help us find the places we wanted to visit. In general the staff was gracious and attentive to all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay!Rooms: Loved the space and set up of the family suite.Walkability: So close to many must see attractions!

Hotel Artemide: what do users think?

NEVIN XU: The hotel staff are very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped. Free alcoholic beverages. The breakfast is very rich.Very satisfied with the accommodation experience.

Victória Reis Silveira: The hotel is extremely comfortable and stylish. The highlights are its amazing spa, which I have reviewed individually, and its rooftop bar, where we were served by Veronica and bartender Maurizio. Both were incredible and, just like everyone we interacted with at Artemide, experts in hospitality. Maurizio's drinks were perfect, and served as the ideal end to a long day of tourism. The crew, from the moment you book, to when you step into the lobby, until the moment you leave, are super helpful, polite, and caring. If you are in doubt, this is absolutely a must-go!

Kristen A. Johnson: This is the hotel you were looking for in Rome. I search for hotels for over 13 hours and I finally settled on this one. When we arrived, it did not disappoint. The breakfast spread will blow you away. Everything you dream of it for breakfast is included. The spa is gorgeous, did you from the rooftop is beautiful. In the room takes the cake. We traveled all over Italy from Rome to Florence to Venice to the mall because and this was absolutely our favorite hotel room of the entire trip. We will absolutely stay here again we return to Rome.

Samuel Louviot: Super welcome at the hotel Spa!We came in the afternoon to have a good time, the prices are very reasonable! On top of that, the team is really pleasant!I really recommend it!

Kiran Dhaliwal: ! Room size is pretty tiny but super clean and bathroom was spacious. Huge shout out to the housekeeping for meticulous cleaning!Certainly not a 4-star, but because of its location, I could not fault it. Also, thankfully I didn’t read the Google reviews prior to booking, as it’s definitely not as bad as many of the comments on google, but a boutique touristy place to stay when you have only 2-3 days to roam in Rome.

Rebecca Conroy: Best buffet breakfast I've ever had. Top service and great location. Room was on the smaller side for a family of 4.Food & drinks: Big range of foods in the breakfast buffet featuring home baked goods

Rebekka O'Melia: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very good for walking to almost all the sites in Rome. The breakfast was scrumptious, and there was a great variety, plus the service was good. There is an elevator. We were on one of the upper floors not on the street side and it was quiet. I booked a standard room, and while it was smallish, the furnishings were very nice, it had a free mini bar and a four piece travertine bathroom with a bidet. For what we paid, this hotel is an excellent value. The bath also had things like a hair dryer and magnified make up mirror. There was great shopping right on the street that the hotel is on as well. We had a splendid visit, and would definitely return to this hotel again.

Omid P: If you are looking for 5 star facilities and service in central Rome at 4 star prices, then Hotel Artemide is the place you want to consider. We recently stayed there for five nights and had a great time. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar in the room was a plus. The breakfast spread was spectacular. The staff are great at making the guests feel special. Special thanks to Elisa and the front desk, and the staff at the breakfast area for making us feel so welcomed. The only small issue we had was that our room was on the highest floor and there is a small outdoor area where the restaurant staff smoked, which resulted in the smell of cigarettes entering our room. I am sure if I would have brought up this issue with the staff, they would have moved us to another room, but we had already settled in.

Mark BOWERY: Can't say enough about how great the service was in this hotel on leaving got to the airport relized I had left over £200 in cash in the safe in the room gave them the code they found the money and returned it to me all staff are so helpful many thanks from cleaners all the way up will visit this place again when next in RomeRooms: More like 5 stars than 4Food & drinks: Food was lovely

Brian Garvey: . 2nd, besides the ALL around best service and the location being near everything to see in Rome, the breakfast in the morning, downstairs, is 1,000 STARS!!! Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel and the people working it are SO NICE!Best hotel ever, thank you Ivan and Hotel Artemide Team, we'll be back!

Meow Plops: 10/10. What an excellent hotel - the service was amazing and I felt so spoiled. Also the products they use in the bathrooms are acqua di parma - smells amazing.Highly recommend their spa services. The rooftop bar is very chic and fun, music can be loud but it's ok, great vibe.I can't wait to come back here again.Nearby activities: Super close and central to everything, this was a great location

We'll be back soon!Walkability: The most important attractions in Rome can be reached on foot from here. We even walked to Trastevere in the evening. Perfect location!

Lorenzo Petracca: Best hotel in Rome!

Vick S: I stayed in this hotel for three nights with family of four for 2 rooms. It was truly a great experience, staying at this motel. I am Marriott Bonvoy member and I took a chance to stay at this non-Marriott hotel. I am so glad I did it. I had the best experience in this hotel, as compare to any of Marriott top tier hotels.Pros:- Great Suites facing square with fountain. Just sit in balcony and enjoy the view- Excellent customer service- Nice Toiletries in the bathroom with all amenities- Beautiful bar and roof top restaurant- Excellent breakfast options- Comfortable beds- Had chromecast with TV, which I don't find in other italian hotels I stayed in.Cons:- No cons I found, other than shower is bit tight and you can easily hit walls while taking shower.- Bit far from primary attractions, for which you need a Taxi.- Not so much safe area if you go towards train/bus station in night time, as per my italian friends told me. So we avoided going towards train/bus station in evening/night.I hope they maintain the standard of this hotel as it is.

R S: Excellent place . Small hotelBut good Amenities are good

Jessica Dominick: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was beautiful and room was nice. The front desk staff were amazing and really went above and beyond. Great central location. We walked easily to the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and several great restaurants. We did not eat the breakfast just because we chose to eat at local cafés. Would definitely stay here again.

Laura M: Nice tidy small hotel with good location. Many sights are within walking distance. What was unfortunately really sad: at breakfast there is no authentic Italian coffee or cappuccino but a tourist mess that you can pull yourself from a Nescafé machine. The breakfast staff was very annoyed and unfriendly. Especially in Italy one expected at least a good coffee or cappuccino for breakfast - especially with the price of the hotel and 4 stars. The room was dark but to the backyard and quiet. The lady at the reception Maddalena very courteous and helpful.

Ulrik Schmidt: We tried their restaurant one evening and here we had a wonderful experience with tasty food.

Hotel Hassler Roma: what do users think?

Lissa Kline: Perfect location and very lovely service but more expensive than equally good service/location spots. Enjoyed the palm court as well. Them room was fine. A bit dated but comfortable. It was loud but that’s not their fault- street is popular and that’s part of the benefit of the location. Our room didn’t cool down, the window wouldn’t close easily, and the toilet ran. It was two nights and we didn’t raise with them so they didn’t have a chance to fix. Ultimately the service was impeccable and location perfect. Having said that not worth the price overall.

roberto marinangeli: Ottimo hotel

Teresa: We go to spend a few days every year, it is very well located, and the attention is excellent.Rooms: They are spacious and very comfortable and have an excellent decoration.

Tony Grebmeier: I had the pleasure of staying at the Hassler Hotel, and they truly understand hospitality. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Despite minor issues, their prompt and attentive handling left us with a positive impression. From the warm welcome to personalized attention, they demonstrate dedication to guest satisfaction. The tastefully designed rooms, top-notch amenities, and breathtaking views enhance the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hassler Hotel for an extraordinary stay.Thank you, Hassler Hotel, for making each visit, especially my wife's birthday, a memorable one!

Suman Jin: not far from the train stationThe location is in the middle of the main tourist attractions,Room condition and staff service are excellent!Free mini bar, iced americano drink from the ice machine on the 0th floor

Dex: for free. The breakfast buffet is great with so many selections. Rooftop jacuzzi is also enjoyable. Convenient location too.Rooms: Clean and spaciousWalkability: Walking distance to Termini train stationFood & drinks: Very good breakfast buffet

Perry Yuen: Friendly concierge, nice staff and lots of perks included, such as a rooftop hot tub and complimentary drinks and snacks. The location is also great, you can get to the colosseum in about 30 minutes by foot. The room was very cold though, and we couldn’t change the temperature as every time the device reset itself. Overall though, this hotel is very worth the money.

Suran Jung: is closer and better, so I used that one more. There are many restaurants nearby that are open until late, so security is safe.Recommended if you are looking for a clean, pleasant and bright accommodation with good transportation. Next time I go to Rome, I want to stay again.

Eric Rosner: Nice. Good location

Dana Plazak: My husband and I stayed here for several nights for our honeymoon, and we absolutely loved everything about it. Service was wonderful, the room was great, amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of Termini and the Metro, countless shops and restaurants, and tons of historic attractions as well. We opted for the breakfast as well, and we're so glad we did. It was absolutely delicious! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome. It made for a great honeymoon!

Vito Mannino: Great place, clean, attentive and staff is Stellar !!!Location is awesome, great restaurants and close to everything. Can’t wait to go back.Rooms: Very modern, clean and confortable!Nearby activities: Restaurants, shopping and convenience storesSafety: Walk around at anytime during day or nightWalkability: Everything is nearby!Food & drinks: Awesome Rooftop restaurant barNoteworthy details: Great Location and staff is stellar!!

김찬희: I think it takes about 10 minutes on foot from Termini Station. The taxi line was too long, so I walked with my suitcase, but it was raining. It was so hot and tiring.. Take a taxi..The room is a lot smaller than expected. The staff were kind and cleaned the room well, and there was a microwave, ice, and vending machine on the 3rd floor, so I used it well.

김현희: , and the quick response to emails. It was a reservation that included breakfast, but I couldn't eat it because I checked out early. I'm grateful for the mealbox I brought, but there were only cookie pieces and no common sandwiches, so I fell short of my expectations.
