Carlos Salazar: For an immersion in a totally Roman atmosphere, this tavern specializing in wines is not to be missed. They don't serve food, but they accept that you buy it in a nearby place and eat it there. If you are wine lovers do not miss it. In the afternoon it is better to go early, the place is not very big and it fills up quickly. When I return to Rome I will definitely repeat.

Fabienne Nozière: Best from A to Z! The place is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The walls are painted with frescoes inspired by ancient Rome. The staff is very helpful and made the effort to speak to us in French! Air conditioning and music present sufficiently, without disturbing us. Large tables, plenty of room to sit. A menu with relatively few dishes, which is a guarantee of quality. We ate well there. The prices are reasonable.

Matt Ruscigno: Fun, low-key spot with very reasonable prices. Definitely not a dive bar but imagine a wine bar with local dive bar vibes and that’s what Al Vino Al Vino is like.Service is a little hands-off, and if you don’t speak much of the local language it could be frustrating for some, but if you’re chill it’s nice to be left to enjoy your wine and snacks.Only vegan options are nuts and olives iirc, though enough nearby options to make this an excellent choice before or after dinner.

Stayed for a second bottle which again was recommended and was beautiful. We also got the meats platter which was very tasty and reasonably priced. The decor was super pleasant with discreet jazz music in the background, a place with great coziness and great class at the same time. And then you could just order small well-prepared dishes at the pace that suits you. The service was also top notch. Must be one of Rome's very best places!! I could come there every day….

I've been more on the "application" side of wine rather than the "theoretical", and the wine connoisseurs in this store practice in both. The tastings exposed us to wines we've never tasted, and now love, and also learned new things about traditional as well as new experiments wine makers that I otherwise would not have been exposed to. I think this will be a "must do" every time I stop by Rome. Thank you for your dedication to wine, the wine makers, the regions, the cultures. Mary Thompson: We stumbled upon this place wandering just looking for places to stop for a drink and small plate. The staff was wonderful and so apt to help. We ordered a glass of wine and something to share, but ended up staying for dinner and ordered a bottle as well. The staff was amazing, especially the owner who was kind enough to open the wine shop and assist in picking out a bottle of wine. Everyone was beyond knowledgeable and so welcoming. Not to mention the amazing selection of wine that he carries. Best food and wine we found in rome by far. From the US but will definitely be returning just to have the porchetta again!

Luke Voss: We went to this enoteca on our first night in Italy to get a couple of bottles to take back to our hotel. Fabio was very welcoming and helpful. We ended up coming back for several more bottles a couple days later. Fabio was there again and he was kind enough to offer is a free glass while we waited for him to find a certain bottle we were looking for. When he came back he even walked down to the end of the street with us as the Chinese president was driving by in his motorcade. Every wine he suggested for us was excellent and reasonably priced. I'd give them more stars if I could! Highly recommended!!!

Chris The Influencer Guy: Leaving the Colosseum in a Sunday afternoon we found this place off the main road and couldn’t have been any luckier. The patio was very quiet and cool and food a 10/10. It was so relieving to dine at a non-tourist trap restaurant. We ordered meatballs which came with red peppers sautéed. The meatballs were flat but delicious and the red sautéed peppers were basted in cheese and olive oil. WOW!!! This dish was absolutely amazing and I almost ran it back for seconds!!! Seriously. My wife got pesto pasta that came with small sautéed potatoes and it was absolutely delicious. Before leaving we decided to try their tiramisu which the waiter said was the best around. I’m not a big tiramisu lover but can honestly say it was also amazing. If you’ve happened abreast this restaurant look no further and come try it. You will not be disappointed.

Stefano: Small Enoteca with wines preferably natural and from small companies. The welcome is warm, in fact we returned 3 nights in a row. I had a solo lunch with Totani alla Luciana. An aperitif with friends just to drink a refermented in the bottle and the third evening with dinner. Traditional dishes accompanied by excellent wines! Thanks for the hospitality.
