Daniela F: Centrally located and easily accessible.Very nice and clean environment.Very kind and nice staffRooms: Nice, clean and welcoming rooms, equipped with air conditioning and wifi. The bathroom, in our case small but it's a bathroom, there was everything you need... the size doesn't matterNearby activities: There are several places to have lunch and dinnerWalkability: The Colosseum and other attractions of Rome can be reached on foot in about twenty minutesFood & drinks: Several restaurants

rebecca fazzi: . Spotless room and bathroom; shower with strong water pressure and hot water, bathroom kit and abundant towels, large wardrobe, stocked mini-bar, TV with Netflix and air conditioning. Very kind and helpful staff even late at night, excellent location 10 minutes walk from Termini. The only "flaw" the room and the bathroom were a little too small compared to the price, but to just sleep in it is more than fine. I would go back!Walkability: It is in a strategic position to easily reach Rome Termini, Piazza Indipendenza and the Trevi Fountain on footFood & drinks: On via Flavia, where the structure is located, there are countless restaurants, bars and mini markets. Recommended Pinseré literally next to the hotel entrance

cor_cris _: I am a Spanish tourist. The hotel is great but the customer service is the best. My wallet was stolen in Termini and I was ignored by the police, I arrived at the hotel and Flabio the receptionist helped me to ask for help in every possible way. Flabius was the only person in all of Rome to help me with my problem. Flabio, thank you very much for everything, you are a wonderful person and I will keep a very beautiful memory of you all my life.

Sterre Wadzanai: Very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean room!

Miguel Cavaco: 13 min from Center. The hotel and stuff are amazing and very friendly, more specific Alex who was vey kind to give us some tips. The bathrooms of the rooms could be improve but it a very cozy room. The area around should have more social interview because it looks a little poor area with a lot of homeless. But we did not felt in danger at any time.

P K: A beautiful and atmospheric hotel. Stylish rooms, beautifully furnished. I recommend breakfast. In the evening it's nice to sit at the tables in front of the hotel. Fires great place and nice service.Rooms: Stylish and atmospheric.

Marina Kamber: The room was very pretty, spacious and clean. We had cleaning service every morning. There was an air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, iron, all the toiletries ...everything you might need. Supermarket was just next to the hotel. Tram stations in any direction where 7 minutes walk top. The staff vas very kind and approachable. They will gladly give you recommendations what to see and where to go in Rome. The neighborhood might seem a bit unsafe because of the closeness to the terminal, but really is not that scary. In front of the hotel entrance is a beautifull small terace ideal to sit down and enjoy in aperol and good music. Really warm recommendation for anyone going to Rome. We really liked it.

Andrea Viera: It is a wonderful place to stay, it is quite accessible to take the subway, bus or move to the Main Station of the city. They give you the option of breakfast for 5 euros and it is a buffet, it is worth it and it is charged according to the days you take it. I loved the rooms because it makes you appear to be in an old painting and the attention 10/10, they even give you a map of the tourist areas to visit, they suggest how to get around and help you with your bags if you want to leave them to check out come back early for them. From the site to the airport it is 50 euros and I recommend it if you go in a group since by train it is 14 euros.Rooms: Very comfortable and the triple room is super large with a small terrace, which, although the view is not incredible, is great for relaxing.Nearby activities: The metro is super close and the bus leaves you very close to its location.

Sarah Ioicaliuc: all for 5 euros per person.Very good coffee at an acceptable price. The only minus of the hotel is that it is in a very ugly, miserable area, people who use drugs.Supermarket

Moira Bordignon: Rooms: Spaziosa, comoda, curata e pulitaFood & drinks: Non abbiamo mangiato in Hotel.

Giuseppe Giorgianni: Excellent structure located a stone's throw from the most beautiful monuments of Rome. The rooms are in a classic and welcoming style.

Judith always.: We were only one night. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. It had an outside terrace. The man at the reception was very kind and recommended places to see in Rome and how to go by public transport. From the train station it was a 20 minute walk.Highly recommended to spend a few days in Rome, we really liked it!

Linda Reid: Convenient location for Rome Termini and Shuttle Bus stop to the Airport and PortRooms: Large bedroom - quite basic but a good shower in the ensuiteFood & drinks: Stayed for 1 night only before my flight home .Didn't stay for breakfast but we found a lovely restaurant around the corner for dinnerNoteworthy details: Very convenient

Flavio Napoli: The hotel is right near the train station and can be reached in 5 minutes, which is perfect if you have a lot of luggage. The service staff in the hotel was always super nice and could always help. We had booked the breakfast option, which was well worth it because the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I would have to complain about, which was not a problem because the staff was available 24/7, was that we could not regulate the air conditioning ourselves.

Jasmine Lee: The people were so friendly and nice. I was able to get some idea how to get to different activities I wanted to go. Also, everything with walking distance.Nearby activities: Different museums nearby.Safety: Was safe enough to walk.Walkability: Everything is within walking distance.Food & drinks: There are plenty of good restaurants around.

Jana Polianskaja: Rooms: Nice place, 5min to Termini but no wifi on the 3rd floorHotel highlights Quiet …

Seran Bradley: Lovely, friendly hotel in a super location near the Termini - east access to Metro and trains. Reception very helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious and the room was very cool and comfortable in the hot summer! Maybe more places to store clothes might be useful if on a longer stay there.Walkability: 5 minutes walk from the main station in Rome.

jose luis trujillo: Nearby activities: termini stationFood & drinks: Great variety and very good flavor

Mary Mcgeown: Very handyRooms: Comfortable but dated AC could be strongerFood & drinks: Would be better if more fruit options and larger slices of bread

Ruxandra Visan: A fair hotel for its price, with helpful employees and clean rooms, in a convenient location, near Termini in Rome.

Roseanna Kettle: Everything was great but unfortunately I left behind a dress in the wardrobe. I emailed shortly after to see if staff had found it/could possibly send it back, but was extremely disappointed to hear that they couldn't find it. There's nowhere else the dress could possibly be so I'm very confused as to why it hasn't turned up at all, this was a disappointing end to what was otherwise a great stay.

M. O.: The hotel has a great roof terrace, where you can end the evening wonderfully. The rooms can be cooled with an air conditioner. The TV is very small. You can walk to Termini station in 10 minutes.

Mark Wilson: The rooms were very basic. However, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was very delicious, and I really liked the location. Also, the rooftop bar was a very nice touchRooms: I'm sad to say the rooms were very basic. Nice shower and bathroom, but the beds and linens were below average. AC worked wellWalkability: Walking distance to the Forum, Colloseum, and it was easy to get taxis. But remember, Rome has lots of hills, and this hotel is at the top of one so you may want a cab for the return if you have elderly or little onesFood & drinks: Breakfast buffet every morning with hot and cold items, deli meats and cheeses, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice. Very clean and well presented

Nanda Salvi: This beautiful hotel along with the courteous and kind staff and management saved our trip.Rooms: Well equipped clean and neat rooms with beautiful views of the quiet street or the Colosseum!!!Nearby activities: Walking distance to Colosseum, Fontana Di Trevi and many othersSafety: Very safe neighbourhoodWalkability: Walking distance to many tourist attractions and food placesFood & drinks: Rich fresh buffet breakfast which was refilled until the last moment .Extras like soy milk were generouslyprovided upon request. The rooftop bar, with the spectacular view of the Colosseum, has a good variety of drinks, so does the spacious and tastefully decorated lobby bar.Noteworthy details: The staff is very knowledgeable and not only keen on providing the useful information , but they really were helpful and patient with each and every guest who came with endless, sometimes repeatative questions.

rina wachsman: A 3-star hotel that definitely deserves a higher rating. The building, the rooms, the service, the food, the cleanliness, the design... there is not a single thing missing.Everything is tasteful, exceptional professionalism and humanity, rare these days.Bonus, a roof terrace overlooking the entire city, including the amazing Colosseum!!!!!!!!Rooms: Pleasantly designed, ventilated and full of light, automatically heated on cool nights. Equipped with everything you need. Environmentally friendly cleaning and maintenance service.Nearby activities: Walking distance from many places, such as the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Venice Square and more.Safety: Attention to detail is noticeable, including safety.Walkability: It is in an excellent location that allows walking to many attractions, and is in a safe environment that allows walking even at night without any fear.Food & drinks: A rich, fresh and nutritious breakfast. The staff makes sure to fill the buffet until the last minute.Soy milk is also provided as needed. And most importantly, everything is done with a genuine smile.Noteworthy details: The hotel is very popular, of course. You should order in advance.

Natascha Nellestein: Neat, clean. Room was not too big but fine for us as we were out most of the time anyway. Lovely helpful people who want to help you with everything and give tips and advice about Rome.Location is perfect, quiet street so nice to sleep peacefully. But one street away are shops and many restaurantsAnd a beautiful basilica at the end of the street. And close to the colosseum and forum romanum.

Robert Valley: Stayed 2 nights and the hotel was perfect. Great location. Easy walking distance to everything. Very clean. Nice rooms

Lucia Manzanelli: Beautiful hotel, beautiful people. They give you a very personalized experience and make you feel good from the first moment. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is the best, the shower is great. The breakfast was also very good, very complete and very rich. And the best thing is that it is 2 blocks from the Santa Maria Maggiore church and from there you can move everywhere and after just looking for the church you will find yourself much better!🤗Although if it is quite far from the Vatican it is more or less 1 hour walking. But hey, everything in Rome is done by walking hahahaha

Maximilian: could be offered here. The colosseum can be reached by foot within 10-15 minutes. We were very happy with our stay here.Rooms: Simple room. A bed, a clean bath

Flavia Martínez: We stayed three nights in this hotel, the price is cheap but we must take into account that it is quite far from the center even though it has very close bus stops and that the hotel facilities and rooms are very old. We had a very pleasant stay, we had no noise problems and the buffet breakfast was perfect. The attention of the staff was very pleasant and friendly, except for an elderly man who was very rude and unfriendly. In the surroundings of the hotel there are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Sara.k: We had a great stay in Rome the location was very nice and easy to reach in every corner of Rome just by taking one bus , fridge need upgrade, breakfast I expected better . The highlight of our stay wasCHRISTINE in the reception, she is very dedicated to her job and make our trip easier with all the tips she gave , she totally deserve a raise , Thank YOu Christine …

Brittany: Beautiful and comfortable rooms with great air conditioning! Hotel is walking distance to many local places but we found ourselves needing a cab to get to most of the big tourist attractions and popular sites in Rome. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with maps and marked where everything was that we wanted to visit and gave us advice on the best ways to get there. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the bar in the lobby was our go-to for mid-day espressos and pre-dinner drinks.

Ciambellone davvero buono. 5 stelle meritate!

Andreas Müller: Rooms: Cozy, cleanNearby activities: 100 meters to the metro, everything can be reached from there

Roby: .

Fabio Hexsel: , in the end, she treated me and my family with great affection. In summary a good hotel. Once again: Thank you Constanza for the service, the best in our tour of Italy.

Ricardo Menezes: Rooms: Tamanho idealNearby activities: Bons restaurantes próximosWalkability: Estação do metrô ao lado

Ci tornerei.~~~~~~~~~~~~~It’s a great hotel a little far from the heart of Rome. It’s clean, modern, and has good air conditioning . The shower pressure is great, but it’s the size of a standard European hotel room. We had a great time at the hotel bar. I’m fact, the bartender we had was extremely friendly, always smiling, and served us well. Breakfast included bacon and scrambled eggs, along with the standard European continental. There are a ton of bars and restaurants nearby. Everything was great. I would stay again.

Katrin Haase: Nice rooms, great bed, we even had a small balcony to the backyard. 5 minutes walk from Tuscolana train station, great connection to connections to the center, very quiet despite the proximity to the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast has a large enough selection, so that there is something for lovers of sweet breakfasts as well as bread/scrambled eggs/muesli etc. We were super satisfied and can only recommend this hotel for a city trip. Value for money perfect.Nearby activities: Lots of nice local restaurants nearby. Also a few supermarkets and Spätis.Food & drinks: There are vending machines in the lobby for drinks, snacks, some ready meals, and a microwave for a quick bite. There is also a selection of toiletries in case you forgot something.

Danielle Kiernan: and the breakfast room was very clean and the staff in there kept on top of everything. The hotel itself is located in a bit of a run down area which I thought was a bit intimidating when I first arrived however there was little to no noise or nonsense during our stay. It was a 5 minute walk from both the metro and the train station which goes to and from Fiumicino Airport. The metro is very regular and can take you to all the main attractions in Rome. We bought a week long unlimited metro ticket each for €24, I would recommend doing this. The bed was comfortable and we slept peacefully. Housekeeping did their job every day. It was a very pleasant stay.

Diego Lombardi: Bella esperienza.

Christian Osterberg: Good connections into the city centre. Good breakfast.Rooms: Clean roomsFood & drinks: Good breakfast

Paul Goode (Pablo Bueno): Very central to everything in Roma. Great friendly staff.Nearby activities: Great Basilica across the street.Safety: Very safe area.Walkability: Great shops, attractions and restaurants within walking distances.

Delphine Tran: I stayed at the Princeps Boutique Hotel on a business trip. Following my experience, I recommended it to all my colleagues. The hotel is ideally located for Termini station. The neighborhood is lively but I had no trouble falling asleep. My room had an exceptional view of the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore. The premises were clean and the room well equipped. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is not exceptional, but complete and of very correct quality, taking into account the price of the night.I had a little trouble finding the doorbell at the bottom of the building. But once in the building, the indications were very clear to go to the 4th floor, where the reception is. The hotel could set up an access guide with a diagram and photos, which would be sent to the customer before check-in, to facilitate arrival.

Abdulla Alhosani: Reception personnel are very nice and accommodating, they have checked us in when we got there even though it was before noonService is greatPoint of improvement is on food qualityA bit of a walk from all sites but overall it was an amazing experience

Alisha: Stayed overnight as I needed somewhere near the main station when passing through Rome. The staff were lovely and I was very grateful for the coffee machine / hot filtered water. Breakfast was also good!

Kendall Rotondo: Great Wi-Fi. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was cooled excellently in the heat of the summer- cold blast when you walk in and the room was kept at set temp.Front reception worker was incredibly nice and helpful- sorry I didn’t get her name.Location is less than 10 minute walk to train station. Cafes and such around, but not a premiere location in Rome.Pillows very flat and not all that comfortable.Bathroom was clean and had adequate room. Overall nice place to stay, but you’ll be utilizing some taxis.

Brian Lawson: at the front desk is awesome! The breakfast is very good, and the hotel is clean and updated. The rooms are a bit small, and the street noise can be bad, but that is to be expected. Overall, this is a nice little hotel in the heart of Rome.Rooms: Small but cleanWalkability: Quick walk to the subway

Lm S: . Friendly staff, great breakfast, very comfortable beds, very quiet

Sash Ganush: Nice location, friendly staff, thanks for carrying

Virpi Rouhiainen: Hotel in walking distance from Roma Termini and many popular sights. The hotel is in the 4th floor of beautiful building, next to Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. Hotel room is beautiful, spacious and clean. I had the room with the view to the Basilica. If you need quiet room for sleeping, I suggest mentioning that before checking in to the hotel. The breakfast was quite normal Italian breakfast with cold cuts, sweet pastries and veggies. Staff was very friendly and communication with them was smooth. My flight was leaving in the evening and I was able to leave my luggage for a storage room after checking out. In my opinion, this hotel is perfect choice for a couple or solo traveler who values good night sleep and calm atmosphere.

marita matthews: Excellent in every way. Location great near Termini and many local restaurants. Christiana on reception was very informative and helpful.Rooms immaculately clean and bright, large shower. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Don’t miss visiting Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica in the square! Princeps will always be my first choice everyone was a delight.

Saverio Randazzo: Great property, perfect location.Rooms: PerfectFood & drinks: Excellent breakfast

Ismail Halici: All in all good. The location is a little out of the way and scary quiet. As usual at b&b hotels, the food is always the same.

Kät H: The hotel has a great value for money. We especially liked the quality of the beds. We also liked the bathroom, the air conditioning and the furnishings. At the reception everything was very uncomplicated and friendly. Unfortunately, the location is a bit off the center, but it is not very touristy. From time to time we took the bus, which runs rather irregularly. Tickets can be bought at the C'era una volta il Caffé tobacco shop or at the Verano station from the vending machine for 1.50. We can recommend breakfast at the Caffè Villa Mercede and the Pizzeria Il Podista for dinner. It is a 25 minute walk to Termini train station.

Padideh Hosseini: Rooms: The room was really clean and cozy.Unfortunately, our room did not have any window.Nearby activities: The location was good. It took about 20 Minutes walk to colosseum.Walkability: We took a walk everyday during our stay there and could find easily what we were looking for.

Norman Doucet: Well located, affordable and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is varied and all the staff are courteous.Nothing negative to point out.Rooms: Comfortable and very clean.Walkability: Everything is easily accessible.

Lorrie Viciana: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.Clean and quiet hotel, spacious room with good bedding, beds made by them every morning, varied sweet and savory buffet for breakfast and lovely staff. It was perfect. A big thank-you !

Sandra: The hotel is located ten minutes from Termini on an avenue that is very well connected to the subway and bus lines. You can walk to most points in the historic center.A highlight of the hotel is the treatment of the very pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was not big but very comfortable, quiet and clean. The correct and varied buffet.Undoubtedly to repeat ... unbeatable quality / price and emphasize the magnificent treatment of the employees

Thoralf Ickert: A lovely little hotel right in the center of Rome. Super friendly service. The staff is really exceptional and even deserves 6 stars. The breakfast is completely sufficient and rather sweet than hearty. The cappuccino tastes excellent. Graziano Gambioli: Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla stazione e a massimo 20 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. Camera pulita e spaziosa, letto veramente comodo!

Ashley Christian: We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in Rome. The location was fantastic. Close to the metro, hop on hop off bus, many restaurants, and next door to gelato. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got there a bit early, they watched out luggage and transferred it into our room once it was done. They also gave us a map and pointed out many attractions, restaurants, and places to go. We had to leave at 3am for our flight at 6am, they called ahead and booked us a private driver to pick us up. The driver was on time and helped with our luggage. I’d stay here again.

Daniel Dorta Hernández: 10-10. It is a normal, clean, silent place. Classic hotel to sleep and perhaps have breakfast, but for that it is perfect. Not too close but not too far. It has become my trusted site in Rome

Derlsie Daniel: Cute boutique hotel of sorts, great amazing friendly staff who made me feel so welcomed and clean clean pristine clean rooms,so worth the price i paid for . Great location too! Lots of shops, mcdonalds, coop supermarket and many restaurants within mins, lots of attractions within minutes wall! No need for the metro 🤗, will stay again when i go back to Rome!Rooms: All amenities included, even a minibar!Safety: Always someone at the counter 24/7Walkability: Walkable to many attractions , restaurants and even to the metro, but nearby attraction 13 to 15 mins walk so no need for the metro!Food & drinks: Mcdonalds just opposite, coop supermarket 3 minutes walk, plenty of pizzerias and cafes around!

carlos silva arrué: very kindWalkability: From you can go to the relevant sites on foot and the subway is two blocks awayFood & drinks: Abundant and varied breakfast

Consigliato

Pierre H.: Ideally located for the train station and monuments to visit. Our room was located above a pub which can be an advantage for some and a disadvantage for others..friendly staff!

Diogo Silva: In first place, the location is perfect. We arrived late at night and was super easy to find, safe, and most importantly, very close to both the metro and bus. We were also able to walk to most attractions. The staff is super friendly, always available to help and answer possible questions. The breakfast is incredible, an amazing way to start the day early. The coffee is just incredible, goes well along the pies! The room is nice and cozy, always smells nice and clean!Overall it was a super nice experience and I strongly recommend to everyone that wants to visit Rome and be close to everything!Nearby activities: It sits pretty much on the middle of everything, it’s possible to choose according to each personal preferences.Safety: Always people on the street, we were warned about pick-pockets but during our stay we didn’t really have to have extra caution, just the normal procedures.Walkability: We were able to walk to the main attractions in 10-15 minutes, or just walk to the metro in 3-4 minutes that works very well and it’s very easy to understand.Food & drinks: Everything tasted and looked very good, and I truly mean everything!

Camila Gonçalves: , to breakfast, to the cleanliness of the space and the hotel

Tom Hestermann: Very centrally located, very friendly staff. Good price. Gladly again.
