Anna Birna: , in a rustic style, which is modest but clean. There is a large comfortable bed, tv, air conditioning and fridge. The bathroom is spacious and new, calmly for 3 *. Service nice and helpful. Entry to the hotel on a chip, to the room on the card, no problems. Close to the train station, relatively close to the center, a supermarket and many different restaurants in the next street, I recommend The Padellaccio 2 restaurant in particular. Family House is also recommended, if I had to fly to Rome again, I would book this hotel again.

Daniela Antunes: During the night some noise.Small room but enough and relatively cozy.Good quality price

Roxana Duma: Good location and good staff. The room has all you need, but unfortunately the mattress wasn’t really comfortable.

Amber Watson-Tardiff: . The hotel was centrally located to all of the sites and the area was quiet and safe. 10/10 recommend staying here! I don’t know why this only has 2 stars in google it’s a 4 minimum!

ROBERT: and local restaurants that the tourist crowd does not know about. His mother and father are also present and the experience is all together wonderful. Very good security in the building is a plus. One of the nicest small hotels we have stayed at during our many years of travel in Italy. And Giuseppe is far and away the best host.Safety: Super secure hotel with admittance only by buzzer from the front desk. Surveillance camera determines who is buzzing. Very good security.Walkability: Close to all transportation and the very lovely Via Veneto, Rome's highest class avenue, as well as Villa Borghese, two blocks away.

Sandra Kingsbury: My husband and I stayed at Hotel Golden from March 22nd until March 27th and we couldn't have been happier. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by the wonderful Loria family. We stayed in one of the very small rooms and it was perfect for us. The high ceilings gave the room a spacious feeling and being able to open the windows and shutters gave us great light and air. The room had everything we needed to stay organized and the shower was fantastic. Mama Teresa's breakfast was delicious and served with warmth. Giuseppe's restaurant suggestions were spot on for us and his help with making train reservations was above and beyond anything we could reasonably expect. The location of the hotel is terrific, away from the tourist hub, just steps away from the lovely Villa Borghese, and yet close enough for us to walk everywhere. We would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Golden to anyone visiting Rome and we look forward to staying there again.

A presto! Giada e Cristian da ViterboRooms: Nuova e pulitaNearby activities: TuttoSafety: Centrale ma sicuroWalkability: Si vede tutto a piedi

Nicholas Dooda: Centrally located. Easy access to everything in Rome. The owner is there and available to answer your questions. Showed us where to eat and visit sites of Rome. It’s a hotel but like an AirBNB. Loved it and we’re going back for our last day in Italy.

Laurel Wagner: . I would say that the neighborhood is not much for lively nightlife, so if that is what you are looking for you would need a taxi to take you elsewhere.Rooms: Comfortable beds, clean, spaciousNearby activities: Spanish steps, Villa Borghese, Capuchin Crypt.Safety: The owners top priority was safety and they had many measures in place to ensure safety of the guests.

Elena Piñero: Very good location, family atmosphere, very clean and spacious room and bathroom, very good value for money. And also, to highlight the excellent involvement of the team, in all the requests we put to them.Thank you very much for everything, Teresa and Giuseppe

Judith Santiago: My second time here. It's a wonderful family oriented hotel. Has a beautiful entrance a d lovely elevator. The rooms are perfect. Both Maria Teresa and Giuseppe are wonderful. La Mama is still there. I saw Papa. He is still here looking out for us during his night turn. I love it. His smile brightens the night. It was great seeing them again, and celebrating my birthday here.I am so happy I came back, I felt at home and safe. I will keep coming back to stay here while I visit Rome.

Daniel: A nice hotel in the center of Rome. With a touch of Italian Prima Repubblica

Ramón Becerra: The location can't be beat. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.Recommendation: ask the person who receives the car if he can park it outside so that parking does not cost.

Guy Wasserman: Amazing terrace resturant, great as well for a good cold white wine in the warm afternoons

Mike A: The hotel itself is great. Location is really good. Easy to get to many cool Rome locations. Staff at front desk is very accommodating. Pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The restaurant service is slow and they seem often off put by your request. Try getting a drink at night. Good luck. The bar is atrocious and service worse. They are nearly disappointed to see you when you walk in without reservation. Hard to rate the hotel a 5 when restaurant staff and service is so bad. Not sure I will be back for this price.

Kathy Gilroy: We have stayed at The Raphael almost every time we come to Rome. It is a beautiful small hotel with great service.I would say that on this trip we travelled with a number of family members and it was difficult to get facecloths in any of our rooms which was odd.Overall a very reliable home base in Rome.

Qamar Khan: Perfect location most of the attractions are within 20 mins radius. Staff was very welcoming. I must mention front desk staff Orietta was very welcoming at checkin.Rooms: In our cases we booked two rooms but at checkin we got a suite of two bedrooms with complimentary mini bars in both rooms. Very comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Vatican, Trevi, Spanish steps, restaurants, supermarket, river.Walkability: Located within historic district and most of the attractions are with 20-30 mins walking distance.

Senorita Isabela: Ah May Zing service staff. They certainly take pride in their profession. The icing on the cake was the magnifying mirror on the bathroom which allowed me to apply my makeup and my husband to shave which is impossible to do when you wear glasses. They have an all in lo”American breakfast, but oh my, their breakfast is full on with charcuterie, fresh mozzarella fruits tarts eggs sandwiches and on and on. Accompanied be tea capuchinolatte,,,,The rooftop restaurant and the live music is a wonderful way to end the day after sightseeing RomaI could go on and on but tired of typingEnjoy!

R Khan: Great hotel, and we would definitely stay there again. Our room was very nice, but there is some street noise as the windows are not very soundproof. We could also hear when other rooms above us showered our flushed toilet. The heated mirror and towel bar in the bathroom are very nice to have. The bathroom could use an update. The bathtub was very slippery. It could have used a rubber mat. The staff was excellent here. Waking distance to the Vatican, Castle, Pantheon, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, and many other attractions. This area appears to be safe.Rooms: Our room was very nice, but there is some street noise as the windows are not very soundproof. This hotel took us in on short notice when our previous lodging reservation was a disaster. The front desk staff is extremely professional. The wait staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are both comfortable and well stocked. Karl Lazlo: Nice hotel right near st Peters basilica. Room service was good and their breakfast was ok. AC works and they had full bathtub shower. I'll give 4 stars but they need to do something about the mosquitos in the lobby and bar area. I don't know if it's illegal in Italy to spray or treat for mosquitos but my wife and daughters were bitten every time we had to go through the lobby. I was in other hotel lobbies in Rome and we didn't experience the mosquito pressure in those places. Something should be done.Nearby activities: Great pizza a few steps from the entrance.

Kay London: This is nice hotel! Friendly staff! The rooms are nice size as well as the bathroom. Its near a lot of the Museums and historical landmarks. Also many restaurants close by, we walked to many while staying here. Recommend Homebaked Grandmas Kitchen, San Lorenzo Gelato and Ristorante Pizzeria Castello. We also had a balcony view, very beautiful. St. Peters square is walking distance! Hotel was very clean and I recommend! We enjoyed our stay!

Abeer aa: I chose an apartment under the management of the same hotel .. It was 300 meters from the reception site .. The apartment is elegant consisting of a room and a hall with a terrace .. In my reservation building Of course, it is historical. This means that there is no elevator to reach it. We used to climb 4 floors on a stone staircase.

roy chorev: We just checked out after three lovely nights at this establishment. We stayed at one of the apartments in the annex. There were four of us and the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked very well, even by our American standards. The bathroom was great and the shower had great pressure. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Location was great. We walked everywhere and all the tourist highlights were within easy reach. Definitely coming back here again. Thank you!

Theresa M: was a terrific size for myself, husband and two teenagers. There was a full size refrigerator, with a mini freezer, espresso machine, plates, mugs, glasses, wine opener, cutting board, sink, electric stovetop with two burners, mini microwave. There is a kitchen table with two chairs. If needed you can bring the other two living room chairs to the table. The sofa bed was quite comfortable and already prepared. The bedroom had a comfortable queen bed. The bathroom is quite large compared to other bathrooms in Rome and has a rain shower and shower wand, the shower is on the small size. There is no elevator, be prepared to walk up concrete steps that are at times slanted- adds to the charm of being in a historic apartment. The staff here is the best we have ever encountered- anywhere. Polite, friendly, always smiling, constantly asking to help with any little thing. The breakfast pastries and cafe were delicious and the staff once again wonderful. The location is perfect. Right next to all of the luxury brands, Spanish Steps, Strega Nocciola gelato, not far from Piazza Navona and Il Fioraio

T M: Our stay was amazing here, the staff were so nice to us. Everything there was amazing and it’s right in the middle of everything so it’s really easy to go to our favorite places.

Dana McCracken: Very unique hotel. We stayed in one of the apartments. It was very nice. AC worked well. Bathroom and shower were good size. Breakfast was served on our floor in the common area and it was good. Great location to see Rome.

Sarah B: * beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast then turns into a bar in the afternoon.CONS-*Shower in bathtub. Bit of a mission to get in and out with nothing to grab hold of and issue with water on floor.*A few stairs to climb- main building has a lift to level 3 but terrace

Emily Massey: Great hotel and location to easily get around all the sights of Rome! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Rooftop bar is quite and relaxing after a full day on the busy streets! Would recommend again.

Gremlin Face: The level of service here is amazing. From the ladies at the front desk to include a few I found most helpful were Camila and Margeda. Kai, barman, was easily, the most memorable aspect of my family stay at this hotel. Kai is a true mixologist. He crafted the most tasty and innovative cocktails that my family experienced on our trip to Italy.

Jacqueline Chien: Nice hotel and service 👍

Lily: It was a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, so it was very convenient, and the room was in good condition. Carla Alba: We have stayed at this hotel for two days and we recommend it, but there are things to keep in mindRoom and large sink, well lit and cleanIt has a kitchen so you can cook what you want with a fridge includedThe very scarce buffet of food should improve a lot because you stay very short with little variationAnother thing that we did not like is that if you want your suitcases to be kept by them, you have to pay by the hour, it is expensive to leave it there

ISABEL BAYOT CLAVER: I met meininger last year in Brussels and when I prepared the trip to Rome I did not hesitate to stay and not get dizzy looking for prices in other hotels. Steve H: Overall a nice experience, rooms slightly dated, food and drinks were a little more expensive than we were expecting. One of the reasons we chose here was that we were told that there was a shuttle bus in to Rome Central but it was not running on the day we needed it incurring a 30 Euro taxi fare there and back! Swimming pool was nice but very deep!

Alin Vana: Rome vacation with a great outdoor full day sunny pool and garden at a short bus ride from Vatican and therefore city center.Rooms: Normal Crowne Plaza room quality, good size.Nearby activities: Nothing nearby but great pool on premises.Walkability: Not really walkable. TV can be an awkward location but I didn't even watch it while there.

Ryan Draper: is one of the best we've ever had!

Ingrid Stemmer: We were staying there at the beginning and end of the trip, they were great experiences, the hotel is very well located, close to everything but in a quiet area with beautiful views of the green and the city, excellent service, everyone was very attentive! The decoration is current and charming, very comfortable lighting! Impeccable cleanliness! The restaurant is a program worth considering as the food is excellent and the view spectacular!Walkability: It is in front of the Borghesi village, minutes away from the Plaza España,

Anna Kocanova: they also did not compromise on all modern touches

scott sitner: We were displaced from the st Regis due to rooms being needed by very important guests and relocated here. I would choose this first. Small. Quiet on a cute quiet street near everything. Staff was amazing and accommodating including shopping our purchase back. Room small but didn’t feel such. Small balcony. Brand new and great. Great showers. Heated towels. Great breakfast. Can’t say enough good things. Big hotels are great but this just felt cozy and like homeSee above
