Nikole Churchill: .One minor complaint was that the room did not get as cold as we normally like it to be. We were there during the heatwave in July with 100 degree F temps, and while the room was comfortable, we couldn't get it to our preferred temp

Stan Pinkus: Outstanding Hotel in Romes top locationGet a room with a view 4,5,6 floorGreat breakfastVery quiet streetWalking distance to all hi end shopping

Tina: This hotel is a rare find! I had a difficult time looking for a decent place to stay in Rome. This hotel is located in a quiet and upscale neighbourhood, which I liked for its safety and quietness. The staff and manager at the hotel were very friendly and recognized me and my friend whenever we come in and out of the main entrance, this is a good sign of safety in the hotel. Our room was spacious, new and clean. Bathroom was spacious too with a double sink. Breakfast was above our expectation, and the staff at the breakfast was very friendly too. We refilled our water bottles from the bathroom tap and it tasted just fine so we didn't have to spend extra money buying bottled water outside. It did take us a few stairs/uphill road coming from the closest metro station to get here, but I think it is a common thing in Rome or Italy. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Maya Atassi: spacious rooms . clean and very well located . The view from the room is awful, thoughRooms: rooms are bigger than any other in rome and the bathrooms are quite big !

Kamil Pawliczek: can be reached on foot in a maximum of 30 minutes.Safety: We always felt very safe in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.Walkability: There is also a hop on hop off bus stop right in front of the hotel, as well as the metro station.Food & drinks: The service at the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The food is delicious and every morning you are asked what you would like to drink. On request you can also get freshly prepared omelets.

Francesca Demezzi: Cozy, clean, elegant.Very spacious room, very good and varied breakfast.Excellent positionI highly recommend it!

Stewart Kety: Wonderful experience, COURTEOUS staff who went out of their way for us, but that is what they do!Beautiful structure, efficient, centrally located for our purposes!Walkability: Centrally located for our purposes as tourists

Kevin kom: We were in Rome for our 25th wedding Anniversary. The room had a leaky air-conditioning unit. The service was not bad. but it seemed no one did anything above and beyond. Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice.Walkability: It was near most major attractions.

Rachel Frenkel BenHanoch: . They also use kosher milk for the coffee machine,so we enjoyed their great cappuccino. We did not stay there for Shabbat, but they can provide a mechanical key if needed. Super close to the synagogue and the kosher restaurants.Overall the service was EXCELLENT, it was great staying there!Special thanks to the lovely Daniel who did above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

יחזקאל פרנקל - מכון קורות: The truth is that we arrived at the hotel due to a mistake in coordinating with the apartment we booked when we landed in the ghetto in Rome at 3 in the morning, and we had no choice but to look for a hotel. The clerk at the entrance found us an excellent, pampering and well-equipped room, and at breakfast where you can get several kosher ingredients for us, the wonderful Medina and Daniel from the dining room staff simply did everything to make us feel great.

Li Robin: This beautiful and very stylish hotel was the best choice I’ve ever made. Nestled in the Jewish ghetto, minutes away from restaurants and shops. The room was wonderful. Very comfortable. All done with great taste. The Air Condition was a bliss as it was very hot in Rome.Room service was implacable and efficient. It was so kind of the hotel to arrange for us some kosher pastries.I want to express my gratitude to the hotel’s staff who were so caring and helpful when I needed help.Thank you all so much for a short but sweet Roman holiday.Best wishesL. Robinson

bridged anderson: WE stayed at the Monte Cenci in June after having stayed in 2019 prior to COVID. The reason I chose to stay here again was due to the location, the staff, and the manager, Paolo. Paolo is a wonderful host - ready with a glass of Prosecco or water or coffee for a weary traveler. He will enthusiastically provide suggestions or reservations for lunch, dinner or sights. The hotel's proximity to everything makes it a place I will return to again and again. On the doorstep of the old Ghetto and Teatro Marcello, just steps away from Trastevere, and easy walking distance to all the major sights of Rome. It's the perfect location for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are great - wi-fi is fine, beds are comfortable, and the a/c worked for us wonderfully at night. Our favorite place in the hotel to be was on the rooftop lounge. Great place for a cocktail in the evenings and so nice for breakfast in the am.The staff - on both of our trips the staff were amazing. All the employees are friendly, accommodating, seemingly very happy to be there, and treated us well while we stayed. The location, wonderful staff, and Paolo are all reasons we choose to stay at the Monte Cenci while in Rome. The room is just a place to sleep after enjoying all Rome has to offer, so as long as there is a comfortable bed and air conditioning, it's perfect for me!Thank you Paolo and Staff for making our stay so awesome, and i can't wait to come back to Rome again to visit you!Nearby activities: We did a food tour in Trastevere, a cooking class at Roscioli - maybe two or three blocks from the hotel, and it really is close to everythingWalkability: Easy walking distance to all major sights, including Trevi, Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto, Forum, Collosseum, and just steps away from the bridge to Trastevere

Christopher McCaffrey: We stayed at the Hotel Monte Cenci with our daughter and grand-daughter for five days in June. It was the first trip to the Eternal City for all of us. Right from the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly by various members of the staff who were genuinely interested in getting to know us and help us enjoy our time in Rome. They even asked if we had any dietary restrictions so that they could accommodate us. We didn’t, but thought that was a very helpful thing to ask. We were given “local knowledge” advice about where to eat, places to see, how much time we needed to allocate for taxis to make it in time for tours and to arrive timely at the train station for our day trip to Florence and to the airport when we left. The staff at the Monte Cenci clearly love their city and enjoyed discussing any and all aspects of Rome. Every time we arrived back at the end of the day they would inquire about how our day went and discuss the things we saw and made further recommendations. We are enthusiastic travelers and everyone all the way up the manager were eager to give us insider advice on virtually everything related to our trip. The breakfast up on the rooftop dining area was good and the service from our friendly and enthusiastic waiter was above and beyond our expectations. He not only made sure that we had everything we wanted, he would go back to the kitchen and return with items that were prepared on the spot, like smoothies and hot chocolate for our grand-daughter. By the second day he remembered what each of us liked as far as our coffee and other drink preferences and, after greeting us and wishing us a great day, would ask if we still wanted the same items and would bring them to us without us even having to ask. On a first stay in a busy and sometimes complicated city filled with innumerable points of interest it is easy to feel overwhelmed and the personalized care we received was all we could have asked for and more.

Jacqui Bryson: I highly recommend the Hotel Monte Cenci! The central location is perfect, so we were able to walk everywhere. Our room and the entire hotel was immaculate, and the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious! We can't say enough about the Manager, Paolo, and his ENTIRE staff. Every person went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and made us feel like family. We truly miss everyone at the Hotel Monte Cenci and would not stay anywhere else if we return to Rome.Rooms: Immaculate very comfortable

Carolyn Book: , casement triple glazed windows with views onto the surrounding buildings and streets in this quiet enclave. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace. In the afternoon the terrace with its lush plantings and awnings is a great place to escape for a quick nap or down time reading a book-also great in the evenings for a glass of wine or an Aperol Spritz. The location is perfect. Every attraction is walkable and the best way, and only way in my opinion, to see Rome is to walk. Rome is an open-air museum full of art and architecture and history. Stroll down streets, take the alley way, follow the delicious scents, and discover a small neighborhood osteria or bar. Shop the shops away from the large tourist attractions. Discover a fountain in a piazza and take the time to see Rome, truly see Rome. The beauty of staying in a small boutique hotel is that the people at the hotel will also share with you their favorite places to eat, shop, sip and walk and share historical tidbits.I cannot find the words to express how wonderful the people at the Hotel Monte Cenci are. They are kind, informative, helpful, funny, welcoming and feel like family. Whether first thing in the morning or late in the evening I looked forward to every interaction with all members of the staff. They make you feel as though you are a family member visiting. Rome is gorgeous. The hotel is beautiful but the people at the Hotel Monte Cenci have beautiful souls that make the stay perfect. I have been home for a week and I truly miss the people of the Hotel Monte Cenci. Thank you all so much for such a beautiful stay.

Lauren Andersen: We loved the location as it was central to all of Rome’s top sites, in a quiet and safe area that we loved. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated, comfortable bed, soft sheets and towels, perfect sized bathroom and nice shower, cold and efficient AC, stocked mini bar and a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. Our room on the 4th floor had a beautiful private terrace which we absolutely loved- definitely go for this room and treat yourself to this private peaceful oasis after a busy day in Rome!! Plus, the entire team and manager were incredibly kind and provided warm and personalized service throughout our stay, and offered a friendly chat and advice about the city each time we passed reception. Thank you for a perfect stay and making our anniversary extra special. Highly recommend!!

Oskar Arocha: Warm reception at check-in, and good attention from the staff who even showed us the room and every detail. Hats off to a new young man, David, who made us feel very welcome. God willing we will be back! The room is very comfortable and the shower is just the way I like it.

Jonathan Aluiso: My experience started with the airport transfer by Giovanni fromFCO to Fendi Private Suites. Upon arrival, I was greeted instantly by the down stairs assistant, and was helped up to the 3rd floor for check in. You are welcomed with a small gift in your room from Fendi during your stay. We were able to get a tour of the facilities by Gaya who also was our Client Advisor when we shopped down stairs. The location was excellent, alot of shops and restaurants near by. I recommend Fendi Private Suites if vou are looking for something that is not your typical hotel.

Saud Alzarooni: Everything was perfect in the hotel and it has all the amenities you beed and more. The room was definitely the most luxurious in rome and it is value for money in even busy periods. However, I recommend anyone to book early as they have limited availability.

Nina Kronenberg: Fendi Private Suites, RomeIs there even a better location?Spent a weekend in Rome & the Fendi hotel was definitely the best option, we were able to be everywhere in no time. It’s also perfect for the evening since it’s close to the coolest restaurants & the hotel itself has a wonderful rooftop bar. The price is worth it, super luxurious & exclusive.

Jessica Dominick: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was beautiful and room was nice. The front desk staff were amazing and really went above and beyond. Great central location. We walked easily to the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and several great restaurants. We did not eat the breakfast just because we chose to eat at local cafés. Would definitely stay here again.

Laura M: Nice tidy small hotel with good location. Many sights are within walking distance. What was unfortunately really sad: at breakfast there is no authentic Italian coffee or cappuccino but a tourist mess that you can pull yourself from a Nescafé machine. The breakfast staff was very annoyed and unfriendly. Especially in Italy one expected at least a good coffee or cappuccino for breakfast - especially with the price of the hotel and 4 stars. The room was dark but to the backyard and quiet. The lady at the reception Maddalena very courteous and helpful.

Ulrik Schmidt: We tried their restaurant one evening and here we had a wonderful experience with tasty food.

Alice Whitehead: My family and I had a fantastic experience staying with this Hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful, thoughtful and welcoming, especially the bar staff who went above and beyond to ensure my brother’s birthday was properly celebrated. The breakfast spread was beautifully done and felt very inviting and clean with staff ensuring it was kept fully stocked. The views from the rooftop at breakfast and in the evening are wonderful and the Hotels proximity to key tourist attractions is great with all key sights in walking distance. The rooms are modern and well equipped with a mini fridge and air conditioning and the single room is a great size with lots of storage space. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and conducted thorough cleans of the rooms throughout the duration of our stay. Reception staff were very insightful and could recommend many good local food spots and were always eager to assist. Overall a fantastic hotel with a very friendly atmosphere from all the staff a great place to stay in Rome!Rooms: Air conditioning, clean, spacious and no noise from the streets outside could be heard.Noteworthy details: Fantastic bar staff who were incredibly friendly, informative and remembered details about guests wishes and likes and catered to these as much as possible.

Claudio Galassi: Hotel ben tenuto personale disponibile struttura ben organizzata, terrazza da mille e una notte

Mickayla Sijtsma: A nice, clean hotel in the middle of the centre. Everything was within walking distance! Breakfast was well cared for and delicious, service was top! We had a simple Double Room I believe, the room was small and simple but we had everything you need and it was very tidy and very quiet. For the splendor and atmosphere you leave your hotel! 😍 At least we were super satisfied!Walkability: You had all major attractions within walking distance, if you turned a corner you could already see the Colosseum! Still quietly located so that you could relax at night, but that you did not have to catch buses or trains to see something nice during the day. Ideal!

Danijela Bascarevic: The hotel is practically in the city center, 10 minutes from the Colosseum.Rooms: The rooms are neat, nicely furnished and have everything you need during your stayNearby activities: The metro station is a few minutes from the hotel, and the main metro and railway station Termini is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

David P: We visited June 25-27 2023. The staff is excellent. Very helpful. Its location is close to many attractions including the Trevi Fountain, only 300m away. Most other sites are easily accessed with a short walk or a taxi. The breakfast menu is really good. The small bar is very nice. The rooms are very modern and well appointed. They’ve done a magnificent job of renovation the facility. I recommend this establishment any time to anyone. If we are fortunate to return to Rome this is where we’ll stay.Rooms: Borders on luxury hotel quality. Updated with plenty of amenities. The interior of this bar/cafè is really nice and calming, they have a very clean toilet with soaps, lotions and different kind of napkins. Ebony James: This is an incredible hotel in a perfect location. A little on the pricey side but worth every penny. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff and services are exceptional. You are also close to the station, have plenty of transfort options and receive a 5* service!!They really care about the little things here, for example cookies & notes on the pillows during cleaning, and everyone working will take time to talk with you if you wish. All staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and just so amazing - I really didnt want to leave. Especially the girls on reception, Clizia, Eleonora, Irene and Elisa and Luca in the restaurant. They will help with any request, room services, directions, planning your route, making speciali request crepe's, and they are all just generally are lovely people! The superior collection room was incredible too, very spacious, plenty of room for your belongings if staying with another person, there's a big bathroom for you to use and the beds are like a dream! - amazingly comfy! Once the air-con was on, it was just perfect!!Showers are awesome and powerful too!Slight downside is that I thought the price of the room included access to the pool, but it is separate and only accesible if you pay for the spa. This is only €20 euros though!

Lissa Kline: Perfect location and very lovely service but more expensive than equally good service/location spots. Enjoyed the palm court as well. Them room was fine. A bit dated but comfortable. It was loud but that’s not their fault- street is popular and that’s part of the benefit of the location. Our room didn’t cool down, the window wouldn’t close easily, and the toilet ran. It was two nights and we didn’t raise with them so they didn’t have a chance to fix. Ultimately the service was impeccable and location perfect. Having said that not worth the price overall.

Our hotel room was beautiful and the view of the colosseum was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were amazing and will go out of their way to make your stay here great. Especially Lorenzo! He was so kind to us and helpful with anything we needed. He should definitely be recognized for his amazing customer service and kindness. The complementary breakfast was spectacular it included free cappuccinos coffee and champagne, the food was amazing as well. Staying here was one of the highlights of visiting Rome. We will definitely come back here to stay when we visit Rome again!!

Chanel Grant: I highly recommend making a reservation for breakfast at Aroma if you’re unable to get in for dinner. The view is simply amazing! Overall, I think the hotel is in a great location and would recommend it. However, we chose to stay in the apartment which I wouldn’t recommend. It was hard to get service when needed and it’s about 400m away from the hotel in a residential area and secluded area so you forgo the luxury hotel feel.

The local neighborhood was charming. Our room was big, the only one on the top floor with windows to the street. There was also a lovely rooftop bar open for breakfast and evening drinks - a real treat!

Bio Hotel Raphaël – Relais & Châteaux: what do users think?

Daniel: A nice hotel in the center of Rome. With a touch of Italian Prima Repubblica

Ramón Becerra: The location can't be beat. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.Recommendation: ask the person who receives the car if he can park it outside so that parking does not cost.

Guy Wasserman: Amazing terrace resturant, great as well for a good cold white wine in the warm afternoons

Mike A: The hotel itself is great. Location is really good. Easy to get to many cool Rome locations. Staff at front desk is very accommodating. Pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The restaurant service is slow and they seem often off put by your request. Try getting a drink at night. Good luck. The bar is atrocious and service worse. They are nearly disappointed to see you when you walk in without reservation. Hard to rate the hotel a 5 when restaurant staff and service is so bad. Not sure I will be back for this price.

Kathy Gilroy: We have stayed at The Raphael almost every time we come to Rome. It is a beautiful small hotel with great service.I would say that on this trip we travelled with a number of family members and it was difficult to get facecloths in any of our rooms which was odd.Overall a very reliable home base in Rome.

Rickee B: , and the spa was a great way to unwind from all the city bustle. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.Breakfast buffet has lots to offer, the coffee is a fantastic way to start the day.Lots to take advantage of, with the gym, pool, spa and restaurants with great food and drinks.Rooms were clean and the hotel is working hard to be more environmentally conscious. Could not recommend enough.

Matteo Cosi: Fuori dal centro ma bello e pulito con una bella sala congressiHotel highlights Quiet …

Dominik I.: The rooms and the service are great for this price range!A little bit too far away from the city, but the house service makes up for it quite well with the house's own shuttle service!I will definitely recommend it!

mirko minkio: Congratulations to all the staffFabulous

Hotel Artemide: what do users think?

NEVIN XU: The hotel staff are very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped. Free alcoholic beverages. The breakfast is very rich.Very satisfied with the accommodation experience.

Victória Reis Silveira: The hotel is extremely comfortable and stylish. The highlights are its amazing spa, which I have reviewed individually, and its rooftop bar, where we were served by Veronica and bartender Maurizio. Both were incredible and, just like everyone we interacted with at Artemide, experts in hospitality. Maurizio's drinks were perfect, and served as the ideal end to a long day of tourism. The crew, from the moment you book, to when you step into the lobby, until the moment you leave, are super helpful, polite, and caring. If you are in doubt, this is absolutely a must-go!

Kristen A. Johnson: This is the hotel you were looking for in Rome. I search for hotels for over 13 hours and I finally settled on this one. When we arrived, it did not disappoint. The breakfast spread will blow you away. Everything you dream of it for breakfast is included. The spa is gorgeous, did you from the rooftop is beautiful. In the room takes the cake. We traveled all over Italy from Rome to Florence to Venice to the mall because and this was absolutely our favorite hotel room of the entire trip. We will absolutely stay here again we return to Rome.

Samuel Louviot: Super welcome at the hotel Spa!We came in the afternoon to have a good time, the prices are very reasonable! On top of that, the team is really pleasant!I really recommend it!

Kiran Dhaliwal: ! Room size is pretty tiny but super clean and bathroom was spacious. Huge shout out to the housekeeping for meticulous cleaning!Certainly not a 4-star, but because of its location, I could not fault it. Also, thankfully I didn’t read the Google reviews prior to booking, as it’s definitely not as bad as many of the comments on google, but a boutique touristy place to stay when you have only 2-3 days to roam in Rome.

Rebecca Conroy: Best buffet breakfast I've ever had. Top service and great location. Room was on the smaller side for a family of 4.Food & drinks: Big range of foods in the breakfast buffet featuring home baked goods

Rebekka O'Melia: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very good for walking to almost all the sites in Rome. The breakfast was scrumptious, and there was a great variety, plus the service was good. There is an elevator. We were on one of the upper floors not on the street side and it was quiet. I booked a standard room, and while it was smallish, the furnishings were very nice, it had a free mini bar and a four piece travertine bathroom with a bidet. For what we paid, this hotel is an excellent value. The bath also had things like a hair dryer and magnified make up mirror. There was great shopping right on the street that the hotel is on as well. We had a splendid visit, and would definitely return to this hotel again.

Omid P: If you are looking for 5 star facilities and service in central Rome at 4 star prices, then Hotel Artemide is the place you want to consider. We recently stayed there for five nights and had a great time. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar in the room was a plus. The breakfast spread was spectacular. The staff are great at making the guests feel special. Special thanks to Elisa and the front desk, and the staff at the breakfast area for making us feel so welcomed. The only small issue we had was that our room was on the highest floor and there is a small outdoor area where the restaurant staff smoked, which resulted in the smell of cigarettes entering our room. I am sure if I would have brought up this issue with the staff, they would have moved us to another room, but we had already settled in.

Mark BOWERY: Can't say enough about how great the service was in this hotel on leaving got to the airport relized I had left over £200 in cash in the safe in the room gave them the code they found the money and returned it to me all staff are so helpful many thanks from cleaners all the way up will visit this place again when next in RomeRooms: More like 5 stars than 4Food & drinks: Food was lovely

Brian Garvey: . 2nd, besides the ALL around best service and the location being near everything to see in Rome, the breakfast in the morning, downstairs, is 1,000 STARS!!! Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel and the people working it are SO NICE!Best hotel ever, thank you Ivan and Hotel Artemide Team, we'll be back!

Villa Agrippina Gran Meliá: what do users think?

Emma Landi: Lovely hotel!Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended!!

Maria Dolores Lopez: A pity that we were in a pandemic. We could not enjoy all of it but it was a good experience, very pleasant.Hopefully we can return.

Claudia Tambasco: We chose Villa Agrippina for our wedding because we wanted a location in the center of Rome. The staff was invaluable and accompanied us at all times: Martina and Alessandra in planning, Ciro and chef Alfonso with all the staff for service and catering. The reception before, during and after the event was superb. All the details were taken care of perfectly and they tried to satisfy our every request. The banquet exceeded our expectations, including the dessert buffet and the wedding cake made in-house by the talented pastry chef. Classy structure without being excessive. Highly recommended for a high-level wedding in the center of Rome.

Vincenzo Daponte: , To Ciro who perfectly handled the service. They've made us feel welcome and made our stay there special inside and outside our wedding event.

Wesley Works: Staff at the hotel is friendly and very accommodating. Rooms and facilities are very clean, amenities are good, restaurants and food options are excellent. Great breakfast and dessert options at night. Pool is 100% perfect, and even better on a hot day. One of our favorite stays of our trip. Highly recommended.

cristina de dominicis: I had the pleasure of spending an evening with my family at the Gala restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff as well as obviously the beautiful location.I recommend trying to believe.
