Tutto il personale medico che vi lavora ha un atteggiamento familiare con i clienti che trattano con estrema cortesia e professionalità. Sempre prodotti e dispositivi medici disponibili e se non lo sono al momento si possono ricevere entro pochissime ore.

piergiorgio alaimo: Qualcosa di totalmente diverso da un asettica semplice e fredda rivendita di farmaci e sanitari, come spesso siamo abituati a vedere. il rapporto umano e la cura del cliente, mai a discapito di un elevata professionalità, sono al primo posto per il personale della farmacia D'Agostino. In particolare le Dr.sse Giusy e Sara non mancano mai di regalare un sorriso ed una parola gentile quando si trovano a consigliare farmaci da banco ed ascoltare i piccoli problemi dei clienti, risolvendoli sempre. Per non parlare del Dr.Antonino, il titolare, che ricorda la figura di un amico di famiglia, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. Personalmente, dopo avere abitato molti anni all'Esquilino, torno molto volentieri in questa farmacia, "perla rara d'umanità" che riscontro in un mondo ormai senza cuore.

The staff here are very kind and they responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. Their service was truly outstanding and I received great advice.Everything worked flawlessly, timelines were kept and I could travel safely.

Gino Pitaro: Farmacia molto bella, legata a Casa Savoia, come alcune farmacie storiche. All'esterno si legge anche la storia. Talvolta sono stato servito da banconiste-farmaciste decisamente attraenti.

Cathy Willis: One of the few places open on a Sunday afternoon. Tent was located in Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina. Staff has to do all paperwork by hand which slows the process but they are ver dedicated to getting you in and out as quickly as they ca. 22 euro with results emailed to you.

We went to the outside tent and within 30 mins, got our results via email. They also said if we wanted to wait around the tent for 15 mins, they'll be able to provide physical copies of our results. Fast and easy! **Check their store hours. Pharmacy is closed on Sundays! So plan accordingly.**

Akeela Azcuy: I went to this pharmacy on my visit to Roma and it had everything we needed. I also needed a wax and I was able to get an appointment right away. They used Skin Brazilian Waxing system, something I had never used before. It was so fast and the most painless waxing experience I’ve ever had. I am definitely looking for this in the states. They carry top line skin and hair products. We were able to restock our products for a family of 5. As well as get all the medical things we needed. I highly recommend.
